This summer will be over twenty times we've enjoyed staying ay Brown's Wharf Inn. The front rooms are spacious with fantastic views of the busy harbor and lovely sunsets. Outside each room are beautiful flower boxes and a deck. There is a great restaurant downstairs with nightly specials and fresh lobsters. A short distance from the hotel is a footbridge...

I know that we stayed just before the season began but this was amazing value. Location is stunning, with spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped rooms all with great views, (even the less expensive one that we were in). In fact the rooms were pretty close to being the best we've experienced in properties of this character. Add to that...

When you walk into the room the harbor view is stunning. The room is clean but had an odd smell.Have never had a bathroom so small,I had to move from the sink, which is outside the tub area,so my husband could close the door to the lavatory. Not quite what I had in mind for a high price.

For a peaceful and restful get-away this place is perfect. Upper rooms with balconies overlooking the harbor are our favorite. It is only a short walk over to the wonderful little New England town and lobster rolls galore. Looking forward to our next trip!

Rm 319. Quiet Side of the harbor, room with great view, balcony, CLEAN, friendly service and family owned. I feel like I went back in time when the customer meant something other than being just a dollar bill. It is evident the owners take great pride in their hotel. WELL MAINTAINED and beautiful. The balcony a are not privet but...

We stay here every year. Location couldn't be better! Waterfront, away from the busy downtown, but within walking distance. Staff was friendly and dinner and breakfast at the restaurant wonderful. Sitting on the dock is one of my favorite places to be.

Go to Brown's for the view - it's spectacular and overlooks Boothbay Harbor. As long as you don't mind sharing the long balcony, you'll be glad you opted for this place. The only divider on the balcony, between rooms, is a single 2x4 so you don't have any privacy sitting out there - at all! The room itself is OK...

The harbor views from the room were awesome with great decks and chairs to sit and watch the action. Though the rooms were nothing special, it met all the needs we had...for sleeping. They were clean and served their purpose. The restaurant was great for breakfast (not included when we were there) and dinner was nice too. The weather was...

While the views of the harbor were nice, the hotel is sadly outdated for the price. Sleeping was not and option because of smoked privacy windows right next the entrance door. During the night the lights left on for security reasons left the room lit up so much it was impossible to sleep. This is for sure a tourist trap...

We had a lovely stay in one of the Inn's apartments. It was beautifully remodelled with a gorgeous view of the harbor. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back to beautiful Boothbay and stay at Brown's Wharf Inn. Thanks for a great visit, Ron and Joanne
