Nice, comfortable hotel where the owner's attention to detail is evident. We stay here every year because of the porch overlooking the Marina. The best views in Boothbay, and the perfect place to watch the sunset.

My husband and I Stayed 2 nights, we found room to be nice and clean. Staff very helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed be able to sit on balcony and watch the boats come in and out of the harbor. While the room was not large it was just right for the 2 of us.

Very nice clean hotel close to the center of town. Within a ten minute walk from walking bridge. Nice clean rooms. Inexpensive. Very friendly front desk and staff. Really enjoyed staying here just wish the stay could have been longer!

This is our second trip to Brown's Warf Inn. It had been recommended to us by friends who have been coming here for over 25 years. It is such a warm, cozy place, and it's in a great location. You can walk to so many things, or jump on the trolley. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant and...

Another year and more memories of this fantastic place. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful from the time you check-in, throughout your stay and even when you check out. We also loved our brief chats with Sandy from the housekeeping staff. She is an absolute sweetheart! We stayed on the 3rd floor with that beautiful harbor and marina view...

We have stayed at Brown's at least five times. it is so nice to see familiar faces on the staff. The retired State Trooper is still there as night watchman and stays late to make the free morning coffee. The check-in is prompt with pleasant desk staff. We reserved late so were unable to enjoy a 3rd floor room on...

Stayed two nights in inner harbor rooms and had dinner in their restaurant! Rooms were immaculate and comfortable with wonderful views. Dinner was excellent...fabulous lobster rolls, New England chowder and entrees...and some pretty good martinis! This motel is across the harbor from the town and is a bit of a walk to town (have a flashlight handy if you plan...

This is the second time in 3 years that we have stayed at Brown's Wharf Inn. This time for 2 days. All the rooms are on the water. The first floor room balcony is right on the water. Great views from all rooms. Very nice rooms. The restaurant is very good. Great lobster.

Have always stayed at name brand hotels, this was a first for us. Great place, very clean and up to date, lovely staff, all the comforts of home. Set in the harbor across the way from the downtown but there is a bridge up the road where you can walk across. Beautiful views and marina, quiet, comfortable stay.
