If you go to the full web site it mentions easy access for those with physical challenges. I am thinking there may be a ramp behind the house. I would think it best to contact them to ask the question and verify.

The Opera House is just down the street--5 min. We stayed for one night, but we stayed off-season. Sometimes during high season in a place as popular as Boothbay Harbor is in the summer, there is a min. two night stay, but that depends on the establishment. Since July 27 is mid-week, one night might be fine. Best to check with innkeepers. If you want to spend a night in Boothbay Harbor in July, I'd make plans ASAP. Even though it's two months away, places fill up very quickly. Have fun!
