We were traveling by motorcycle in the rain and got the next to the last room available. Lynn gave us $10 off the reg. room rate of $139 for the room with three double beds. The next morning it was still raining, the forecast said rain all day and through the night so we asked if we could stay another...

We stayed one night here. It was clean, top to bottom. The owners, as everyone else said, were very kind and hospitable. It was quiet and there was a nice stream view out of our window. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room. There was no coffee maker, but the owner left us tea, hot chocolate and mini...

If you are ever staying in the Bangor/Brewer area look no further than the Colony Motel! Exceptionally clean, modern, spacious rooms and the most gracious hosts my wife and I have ever met while travelling. We stayed in the "Honeymoon Suite" with a separate kichen area and from the moment we arrived Lynn and Steve made our vacation memorable. This...

We booked the Colony for two nights in July 2013, as we were visiting family in the area. This was our first experience with the Colony, and it certainly won't be our last. Our room was spacious (with two double beds), very clean and very comfortable. The separate dining area and full refrigerator and dining table was a welcome extra....

Steve and Lynn are wonderful people who always make me feel welcomed. It is truly personal service. See the picture below to see the hand made decoration on a gift because...

Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Motel was easy to find as it was on the main road. Even being on highway there were absolutely NO bothersome street noices. Nice evenings rest. Excellent spot to stop on way to Raneley Mtns if coming from East coast area (Lubec). Would definately book again if in the area. Owners were friendly and helpful...

You might not think twice about stopping at the Colony Motel. It's a small motel with an unpretentious exterior but exceptionally clean with plenty of creature comforts at an exceptional price. Our two room suite with very comfortable queen bed and full kitchen was $100 per night (plus tax). Our room didn't have a telephone, (I suspect that this is...

Lovely old motel, spotless clean and rooms are large. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. It is also conviently located to both Bangor and/or the I-95 if you are going further

Spent two great nights in a very clean, fresh smelling, spotless, spacious room, plus all the little extras that made our stay as pleasant as possible. Will stay again any time I am in the area and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a little taste of home away from home.
