As always, the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We ate dinner at Noble Kitchen & Bar and the food was delicious, artfully presented, and the waitstaff were outstanding! While room service was not fully operational due to COVID precautions, we were easily able to swap out towels on a daily basis.
We had a very nice stay at the Brunswick. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Room was clean. Plenty of hot water. Just a block from Maine Street and restaurants. They run a nice pleasant Hotel. We just wanted to get away for a night, walk around, go to a few new restaurants, shop and just relax and forget about the madness for a weekend. What a great place to go. We will be back.
Very well kept with friendly staff. Perfect to walk down town for a great meal or just some fresh air.. Right next to the college. The parking is tight at night due to a popular restaurant - which is a good thing - there was no noise, so the quiet factor was great at this Hotel.
The Brunswick Hotel is a charming hotel in downtown Brunswick, ME. Our room was lovely and very large with all the amenities. The hotel has been updated with lovely sitting areas in the lobby and a porch. The area was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
Our family weekend gathering celebration event was held at the Brunswick Hotel. The service and staff were beyond expectation! Specifically Dawnelle at the front desk was so gracious and accommodating to our needs. Our dinner guests at Noble on Friday evening were impressed with the dining choices and execution. Kudos to your head chef and bar tender. Russell Hewey is a treasure. We were sure he was a set of twins. He is an accomplished guest services professional. Party on Saturday evening was festive and fun.
My wife and I had great pleasure in dining with Russell, Chef, and Anastasia during our stay. The new menu is leagues ahead of where it was during my previous visit. Russell (F&B manager/sommelier) is a gold mine for the restaurant. He could easily work at a high end restaurant in any metropolitan area. Restaurant staff Anastasia was wonderful and Riley was very attentive. Great teamwork all around the restaurant and property. Everyone was superb. Highly recommend.
The hotel was very comfortable and convenient with large guest rooms and a nice foyer and dining room where we had breakfast and dinner. The reception and wait staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a great central location for our visit. We had an outstanding dinner one evening; the boeuf bourguignon was delicious, the best I have ever had and the Manhattan cocktail was delightful. Our only complaint was that the rooms were a little dark and we were told that new lamps were on their way.
Nice hotel, the beds were nice, and the room was clean. The college is right across the street, short walk to the main street restaurants. My only issue was that the hotel restaurant was closed both of the days we stayed – the one that is in the nice picture on the website ☹
This hotel is a good location, across the street from the college campus, which has a nice park area and a museum. There were a couple of issues with the reservation prior to my arrival--technical issues with their website, but these were resolved. Our room was very nice and very clean. We missed having a fridge, but I think they have some rooms that do have them. We had a dinner package and the restaurant was excellent. The continental breakfast was small, but nice.
This hotel is a bit tired and a lot disorganized. I booked it months in advance but they switched over their computer system and lost some of my information. The room was adequate but nothing special.
