We love it here, and have been several times. There's tons to do and activities around the clock for kids and adults. We stayed in one of the trailer homes this time and it had everything we needed and was right in front of the lake and had a little beach front. We attended a comedy night there that was... More

My original review noted that the food was horrendous and very overpriced. That was a Columbus Day weekend. We stayed for a week in the summer with the same families, and really enjoyed it. I had to remember it is buffet/camp food so to not put too much into it. The breakfasts were a lot better the other 2 times... More

we were on our anniversary weekend and wanted to stay near the water which you did provide but for the extra $160 I got charged for the "nicer bed and fire place" it was the worst bed I have ever slept in. We almost left after the first night. It was awful and we both rolled into the middle dip... More

We stayed for 3 nights in a trailer. The website shows newer trailers and refers to them as cottages. Well, when you arrive, you find out you are renting someone else's trailer and that the owner really did not keep up with it. We were greeted with broken blinds, a deck that need painting, and mismatched old sofa/loveseat in the... More

The place is ideal for families who avoid tent camping but want to be close to nature. This is our second stay on this camp. Last year we stayed at Birch circle, this year we stayed at Fawn circle. The Birch mobile homes had a better layout than the Fawn circle so I would recommend Birch circle. Pros - access... More

Went RV camping here for the first time. This is a very well organized resort for families who want plenty of activities to choose from for their kids. There is so much to do. As a couple, we found that it was too crowded, though. At all times of the day and night the roadways were congested with kids, bikes,... More

Just returned from our third annual week at Point Sebago along with extended family. This is an excellent combination of camping and resort - with a good mix of seasoned campers and those who want to have a few creature comforts (sleeping off the ground, hot/cold running water, etc). Our kids do participate in some of the activities; it's nice... More

My family just returned from a fabulous week in Point Sebago July 9th - 16th. We stayed in two Park Homes on sites 742 & 744 and the week could not have been better. On site 742 we had our own private beach with a spectacular view if Sebago Lake. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and the... More

My family and I have been coming to Point Sebago for 12 years. We have had so many wonderful family vacations here. For the past two years we have noticed the types of people that are renting here has changed. Most of the children here are all over the resort with no supervision. We heard parents tell their 8 year... More

Spent a week here with my 3 little boys and wife. We have a travel trailer so we parked it in one of the circles where all the trailers are. The spots are very close together and we did know from the map that directly behind our trailer were tent sites. Had a bunch of people standing around literally right... More
