Our stay at the Cornish inn was awesome. My husband and I stayed for a night the weekend of Cornish's apple festival. The apple festival was very quintessential New England and lots of good vendors. The town of Cornish has a cute downtown area with a variety of shops and restaurants. Our stay at Cornish Inn topped off the stay...

My family and I drove all the way here from Iowa. When we arrived I was exhausted and so were my kids. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and great service! We went down for dinner one evening and my kids were served the best Mac and cheese we've ever had! I was sneaking bites!

Where in the world can you arrive unexpectedly late at a hotel or Inn and have an amazing meal awaiting you, inclusive of bread pudding and chilled wine? I sent Richard a text apologizing for the delay due to a missed train and road construction. He replied "Take your time, everything is waiting for you, including dinner". It wasn't only...

Had dinner there and ordered a burger and pub fries, Burger was tiny and more bun than meat!Ordered it med-rare and received it well done, probably because it was so small. I counted 8 pub fries, soggy and under cook LOL. I went home and cooked dinner…. The beer… Well that was excellent! Had a Gneiss IPA, FANTASTIC local microbrew

We've been here for dinner a number of times and keep returning. (We live close so we have not stayed at the Inn) The food is excellent in flavor, quantity, and quality. The menu is diverse with interesting daily specials. While the menu does offer more traditional food like burgers, this is not your average boring burger/fries menu that so...

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and we're so happy with our decision. The owner and the entire staff were so welcoming and professional. The room was absolutely perfect and reasonably priced. The food was fabulous- Richard knows his stuff! We enjoyed our time here immensely and would highly recommend it. Thanks for making our honeymoon so special!!!

This is a quaint New England get away spot, the building is a historical landmark and the owners are genuine. If you are looking for an intimate hotel, with a fabulous restaurant and pub on the main floor, this is it. Other reviewers seem like they are expecting the Hilton, with a receptionist desk. This place is so safe and...

Our stay at the Cornish Inn in late September was one of the most pleasant and friendly places we stayed on our east coast trip. Our room was very well furnished and exceptionally clean. We love the furnishings which compliment the age of the Inn perfectly. Our breakfast was "over the top". Fresh scrambled eggs w/fresh veggies from the Inn's...

Absolutely, positively among the poorest lodging facilities we've ever stayed in - worldwide! Room was nothing like advertised - nearly zero amenities. No TV nor heat that could be turned on. No staff to offer assistance for heat issue or shower that dripped continuously and could not be turned off. Breakfast consisted of yogurt in the fridge and a self-serve...

The Inn was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Lincoln Pub which is located at the Inn and run by the owners have excellent, high quality and absolutely delicious food. If not in the mood for a big meal, the bar is great and the appetizers offered are delicious, especially the mussels.

“Room 2 is on second floor, in the front so you pick up some road noise, maybe more of an issue during summer months. But it is a nice big room, with microwave and small fridge. Very comfortable mattress.”
