Harris Point Shore Cabins and Motel is truly a little piece of paradise in Maine! This is not a fancy 3, 4 or 5 star accommodation. We stayed in the motel section, as the cottages were booked. Though not fancy, the room was immaculate and, get this--$54.00 a night! The sunrise the next more was worth a million bucks! The...

We stayed on Campsite #2 and a friend was in Cabin 8, which are beside each other and right on the ocean. From our site, we saw a daily variety of sea creatures which included whales (everyday), seals, harbor dolphins, cormorants, blue heron and many others. The tides were 24 or 25 feet per cycle. Truly breathtaking. Canada is right...

This is not your standard, modern day motel/cabin - a GOOD thing, in my opinion. You can't find a better location in the Eastport area for convenience, view and a "Downeast Experience". The owners are wonderful, lovely people who genuinely enjoy their guests. They are accommodating and very helpful. The motel and the cabins are like stepping back into the...

My mother didn't have a passport so we opted for Eastport vs. Campabello, Deer Island or Gran Manan It was a great choice. We stayed in Susies cabin. It was very clean and just perfect. Great views, very peaceful and tranquil. Will be back....3 days just not enough.

Spent July 4th in motel. Very clean and host was friendly and very accommodating. Will be returning with hubby for a romantic getaway to stay at cabins which are all directly on waterfront. Only 20 minutes from downtown Eastport / 30 minutes from Calais or beautiful ferry ride to and from Deer Island. Definitely a little slice of heaven. Highly...

Our family of 3 stayed at Harris Point for one night in July 2011. We are seasoned travelers, avid campers, and tend to prefer modest or unusual accomodations. We originally reserved a motel room, but due to some booking errors, was offered a cabin upon arrival for the same cost. Our cabin was literally overhanging the shore and the sunset...
