This has been our go to B and B for a number of years. Monica and Rock are gracious hosts and good stewards of this lovely home built around 1888. All rooms are comfortable and inviting, the inn is conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown area of Freeport. Breakfasts are always delicious. Monica and Rock are a wealth...

White Cedar is in a great location...walking distance to town! Monica and Rock were great hosts. The breakfasts were very delicious. Both made sure our food medical restrictions were taken care of. Monica and Rock were so very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay when in Freeport! Thank you!

White Cedar Inn welcomed us on our first night in Maine. The rambling, white inn, boyhood home of Arctic explorer Donald McMillion, was cozy, comfortable and very attractively priced. We were in the Lillian room, which features a large private bathroom just steps away across the hall (a personal key keeps it private), soft white bathrobes, a seating area, and...

The White Cedar Inn is in a wonderful location in Freeport- very easy to find and a 7 minute walk to LL Bean. It is a wonderful old house with well appointed and comfortable rooms. Monica and Rock, the innkeepers, served delicious breakfasts and were very helpful with directions to lighthouses and recommendations for restaurants. We liked it there!!

Chart room was a very comfortable and convenient room. Monica and Rock were terrific hosts. Rock makes delicious breakfasts. The inn is beautiful and was nicely located to all the stores. Definitely a great place to stay in Freeport whether shopping or sightseeing. Small B&B's are so much nicer to stay at than hotels and this is definitely one of...

We stayed here our first night in Maine. The inn is very cozy and the beds very comfortable! We stayed in the Fogg room and appreciated the individual thermostat for when it got cold at night. It's walking distance from all the shops and restaurants.

It was a great experience to have experienced this B&B last weekend. The hosts were charming and helpful. We did a lot of walking! This location was centrally located so we were able to stay parked as we headed off to LL Bean among many other small shops there in downtown Freeport. Breakfast was a home run for us as...

The White Cedar was a perfect stop for us. The innkeepers are warm and welcoming and the house and bedroom were very comfortable. Good home cooked breakfast. Freeport is a good centre for southern Maine and shoppers will enjoy the numerous outlets.

When I pick someone up from the Portland Airport, I often stay in Freeport. I hadn't been able to book at this marvelous B&B for several years due to no rooms available. This year, I was able to get in twice. A short walk from the center of Freeport allows both proximity to downtown and a quiet environment. The hosts...
