I found this little place to be charming. It is a small, one level hotel with sliding glass doors right out to the water with Adirondack chairs. Room was spacious; bathrooms clean and spacious. There is no pool or dining place but the views and...More

I'm guessing if your grand daughter is sleeping in the room w you it's not an issue but I would call them and ask so hopefully you can have all three rooms side by side. I think that would be more enjoyable for your family since there are nice patios off each room w nice chairs. You can all hang out together in the morning or evening if you like.
We stayed in room 15 and felt this was the best since it was close to the main desk and patio area. I am sure other rooms have just as good a view since they are all on the water.
