We stayed at the 1802 house for three days in August. My wife and I stayed on the main level and our 2 girls had a room on the 2nd floor. We couldn't have selected a better B & B for our stay. The 1802 provides great access to Kennebunkport as they're an easy 10 minute walk thru a quiet...

We had a lovely vacation thanks in part to 1802 house and owner Terri. First off, Terri accommodated our check-in check-out needs by giving us one room for just one night (not typical of a B&B) since the other room we booked was not available on our last night in Kennebunkport. Second, Terri was very understanding and did a great...

This Inn was perfect! It is walking distance to downtown (and Rococo Ice Cream, what's better than that??) and a beautiful mixture of charming and modern. We stayed in the York Room and the stone shower is to die for. The three-course gourmet breakfast is delicious and Teri is a very gracious host. This was our first time to Kennebunkport...

Great location! Comfortable room and really enjoyed the breakfast. But our favorite thing was meeting the other wonderful other guests. Terri was so helpful and is such a gracious host. When I selected this B&B boy did I hit the jackpot!

My daughter and I traveling together to Maine from the Midwest for vacation before her wedding were welcomed by Terri and Roger to Kennebunkport. Their Inn is both lovely and charming. Immaculate rooms, delicious breakfasts and their attention to their patrons' needs and details made each day pleasant and homey. We were sorry to leave and would most definitely return...

Summer approaches. What do do, what to do? Should we or shouldn't we return to 1802 House? After all, it's the same thing every year: serenity, tranquility, perfection. And so it goes...We look forward to seeing you again, Teri!

We were met at the door by Terry. She greeted us warmly then shared a map of the area with all the things we should see and do. She suggested places to eat and times we should arrive or attire. The room was quite comfortable with modern bathroom. Breakfast was quite filling and ad I don't like mushrooms Terry was...

My husband and I chose the 1802 House based on reviews and we were not disappointed! We booked a last minute midweek stay and had the chance to stay in not one, but two rooms at the Inn, because neither room we chose was available for two nights in a row. The first night, we stayed in the York Room...

My wife and I visited Kennebunkport for our 28th anniversary, and loved the 1802 House. Its location allows the quietness of the country, yet is only a short 15 minute walk from downtown Kennebunkport. Teri and Roger, and Toby (Black Lab), are wonderful hosts and make themselves very available to your needs. We will be back!
