This was our 2nd visit. We love the warm cozy rooms, very comfortable beds and amenities. Lynn does a fantastic job of making you feel welcome and accomodating dietary needs. Her meals are always delicious! The location is great, just a short walk to Portsmouth, NH (important because parking can be hard to come by in Portsmouth). We visited during...

Very nice rooms and amenities. We will most certainly come back and stay. Short walk to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Innkeepers very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Close to the outlets and very quiet even though it's on a main road. They welcome you with yummy cookies and if you choose you can have a cup of tea.

Clean, lovely, professionally managed accommodations in Kittery, ME, just a few minutes walk from the happening downtown of Portsmouth, NH. Absolutely loved the bedrooms. The beds were really comfortable and bedding beautiful. The breakfasts were outstanding. Both my sisters have food allergies and their breakfasts were as outstanding as ours. Also, if you like to meet other travellers and share...

Loved Portsmouth and the Inn was the cherry on the cake! Loved the location-walking distance to Portsmouth's main square. The freshly baked cookies, evening cordials and cozy sitting areas were so charming. Loved our room (bear claw tub, anyone?) and the breakfast the next day was awesome. Really scrumptious. Loved having water readily available and centrally located to all rooms....

Quaint old house with a European feel and the cutest old doorbells I've ever seen. I stayed in the Alice bedroom which was adorably charming, with a nice view of the water from the skylight as a fun bonus surprise! Breakfast was delicious (I was called before hand to check in on any dietary restrictions, and they were more than...

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had a nice room with a comfortable bed. I greatly enjoyed the tub and spent much time relaxing in it. While we didn't partake in the breakfast as we were in great need of sleeping in, the Inn-keep was very kind and helpful. With such a short walk to Portsmouth (though a bit windy...

My wife and I stayed during, unbeknown to us, Portsmouth Restaurant Week. This inn while in Kittery is literally a 15 minute walk right into downtown Portsmouth. The innkeeper had great restaurant recommendations and she filled us in on other happenings during our weekend stay. The breakfasts were top notch and it's obvious that the innkeeper cares about serving a...

We were able to stay here after a cancellation had occurred. We were very happy that we were able to stay here. The inn is a lovely old home that is immaculate. Our room was very comfortable with seating for two and a king bed. We left our vehicle here and walked in to Portsmouth which is helpful as parking...
