My husband and I stayed at the Lakeview Inn for 4 nights as a long weekend in Naples. We are definitely planning on coming back next year and staying again. This was our first time staying in a Bed and Breakfast style accommodation and we were pleasantly surprised with the inn. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint---older style couches and...

Its great to hear from first time B&B travelers - and even better to hear that you had a pleasant experience. I hope the noisy footsteps overhead didn't distract too much from your stay here - some things are just out of our control. Room 303 is one of our smaller rooms but we try to make them as comfortable...

We've been coming to Naples and the Sebago Lake region for years and this is the first time we've stayed in a B&B (instead of renting a camp/house for the week). This is a great B&B with comfy rooms - clean, new furniture, AC, and run well by the owners. Towels for boating and the lake are available from the...

Glad that you enjoyed your stay with us! It is nice when guests are able to take advantage of all the activities that the lakes region has to offer - with water sports at the top of the list. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we hope to see you in the future.

We were driving through the area at night and looking for the place to stay. It was just before 10 PM and we called Lakeview Inn. Mike answered the phone and was very welcoming and helpful! We were down the road and planned to stay. Upon arrival, Mike was very friendly and accommodating for it being pretty late at night...

We are happy that we were able to make your first time B&B experience a pleasant one! We normally patronize B&Bs when we travel and we also enjoy the little extra attention that you get from innkeepers. We hope that we provide our guests with comfortable, relaxed surroundings. Hopefully you found the remainder of your trip through New England enjoyable...

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the Lakeview Inn. Our room (and others we peeked into) was newly renovated and very comfortable. Mike and Patty were friendly, laid back and knowledgeable, giving us some spot on information about restaurants and activities in the area. The breakfasts were delicious without being over the top. The Inn location is perfect for...

It is very gratifying to receive such a nice review. We are "laid back" and strive to provide an atmosphere conducive to our guests feeling the same way -if only for a couple of days away from their busy careers. The little town on Naples has alot lot to offer and we enjoy seeing our guests take advantage of the...

We came upon this Inn by doing a search for hotels near Naples. We had plans to camp but the weather report didn't sound good for Sunday. The Inn just happened to have one room for one night. It was in a perfect location for the Naples Blues festival. They renovated the Inn and the place is beautiful , clean...

Warm welcome from Mike. Room was fine although the bathroom was a little smaller than expected. The ACon was also fairly noisy and with our room being roadside we did get woken up early in the morning. That being said it was spotlessly clean with easy access to the lake frontage. Overall happy with our one night stay.

Thank you for your recent review - we are sorry that you found the AC to be a little loud - we selected those units specifically because they have a high rating for their quiet operation. We did lower the fan setting to medium/energy saver and now the AC is running quieter for our guests. We will make this change...

My husband and I were passing through Naples and found this wonderful B&B. All the rooms are newly renovated and comfy. Mike was so welcoming and made a killer breakfast. Next time we're in maybe, we know exactly where to stay.

What a welcoming bed and breakfast :) Charming, comfortable and newly renovated. My business associates and I had a great stay. Everything is very clean and every room has different decor. Came to the area for foliage & ride on Songa Queen and had no reservations. Walked into the Inn and was pleasantly surprised. Patty showed us several rooms to choose from and they were all beautifully decorated. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and fellows quests were pleasant to chat with.
