My wife and I arrived mid week for a 5 day stay as I visit a local fraternal lodge and we visit area wineries and attractions. We have stayed here many times in the past and like in the past, it is always 5 star, clean and neat and reasonably priced. The freshly baked muffins in the daily breakfast were...

Frequent summer visitors to Maine, we were looking for an off-season retreat to an area we know well in warmer weather. The Mill Pond Inn looked just right and we were not disappointed. Bobby and Sherri are fun and gracious people and we became friends, not just guests. The king bed was warm and comfy and the breakfast was satisfying,...

A very comfortable king bed and a pond view. We like to open the windows, enjoy the wonderful fresh air and peaceful surroundings. We explored the local history and cemeteries. Our host Bobby made us a good breakfast each morning at 8:00am. He was available to give us any information we needed to navigate this beautiful forested area of Damariscotta,...

Completely charming location. Friendly and welcoming couple who own and run this comfortable home from home. 6 fire places, nice size rooms on the waters edge. Ideal for a family retreat too. Wouldn't change one thing about this special place.

Stayed here with my wife and her family for a local wedding. The inn is adorable and the grounds are beautiful. I never thought that I would enjoy a B&B, but I look forward to my return here. For 3 days the inn keepers ( Bobby and Sherri) treated us like old friends/family. Bobby makes one hell of a breakfast...

I called for a room less than a week from our arrival. Was only looking for one night as my wife and I had plans to meet up with friends for the rest of our stay in Central Maine. There was a local restaurant in Damariscotta that served my coffee, so we were looking for a place to stay close...

Sherry and Bobby were great innkeepers and made us feel right at home. It has an eclectic cosy decor. The Inn is on the water and there are kayaks, canoes and paddle boats to use. We were offered wine in the afternoon as we sat on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful views. The breakfasts were great and the rooms...

After reviewing hotels and B&Bs within 20 mile range of Damariscotta I selected Mill Pond Inn for it's value. The room we had was large and had a refrigerator which came in handy. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was located inside a front dormer with the sink up to the window. A mirror was hung on the left...

The front lawn is right on the lake, so we could swim and canoe in warm water every day. As always, the hosts, Bobby and Sherry, are warm, helpful, fun, and very flexible about breakfasts. Unlike other B&B's, Bobby made what I asked for, very graciously. They also know the area and can advise on where to go and what...

An absolutely very special place to get away in Maine. Sherry and Bobby are the most welcoming, engaging, generous, and warm innkeepers. Bobby is a fount of knowledge about where to go, where to eat, and what to do. The guests also interesting and warm and return year after year.... as we hope to do as well. Best kayaking entree...
