Not many people go to Maine in January, but my wife and I do and we always stay at the Rockmere. Andy, the innkeeper, is wonderful! The atmosphere is warm and peaceful! The perfect place for a getaway weekend!

Apparently the owners of the B&B have fun telling stories about their guests to other guests who are staying there at the same time. Not a good business practice. Mean, Rude and Obnoxious...and that's the good points about the innkeepers and this dump of a B&B.

We were fortunate enough to stumble across the Rockmere when searching online for a quick winter escape on the coast. Andy was a most gracious host (we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bob, who was away), and the accommodations were perfect. The Ashley-Mae room had a beautiful view of the ocean, and it was perfectly decorated. Warm, welcoming, and...

To start, while I was at the Rockmere Lodge I had a very enjoyable time. I found the Inn to be eclectic and fun. As others have noted, every inch of this Victorian house is covered with knick-knacks, paintings, curiosities, etc., and each room has it’s own theme. It may be a bit over the top but I actually enjoyed...

We just loved this place and found it very relaxing. The location is absolutely beautiful! You can hear the ocean from every room and walk into Perkins Cove and Ogunquit. The innkeepers were great along with breakfast. They upgraded our room without us even asking. Even though we started in the smallest room it did not feel small the way...

Rockmere Lodge is a turn of the century home transformed by its owners, (our friendly hosts, Andy and Bob) into a charming B&B full of character. It is no ordinary abode. Themed rooms highlight various collections of art, glass, books and an assortment of Victorian-era appointments. A living room/sitting area offers 24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate and spirits with plenty...
