Hi Ms. Jimino, I do remember our conversation about the bed when you where checking out. If you had informed me the first night I would have replaced the mattress. In our defense those are all new 1 side mattress that we had purchased and as you can see they do not hold up and we have been replacing when...

My two daughters and four grandchildren met here for a four day holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was delightful, the grounds beautiful and great for the children to play, quiet woodsy feeling and close enough to the village area and Perkins Cove to walk. The trolley is available if too tired. The outdoor pool was great. The...

Just came back from a weekend getaway with friends. Cannot say enough about how comfortable and inviting the owners of the Seafarer made us feel. The rooms are set up perfectly(everyone has a frig with a sitting area) and are impeccably clean. The resort is located directly across from the Ogunquit Playhouse for all theatre goers. Short walking/driving distance to...

My Friends and I came back for the second year in a row . Donna and her staff were Great. We had four rooms and each of them were very clean. Location is great. Donna was very resourceful for any and all suggestions of what to do and where to go. I would not hesitate to come back. In just...

Our group of lifelong friends has come up for 2 years in a row and cannot wait to come back. Our rooms, suite and double bed rooms, accommodated us perfectly. The location is perfect, right across the street from the playhouse and only about 1-1.5 miles from town....a beautiful walk if you choose. The grounds are beautiful and a very...

While the owners were friendly and helpful, the physical plant of this motel (really not a resort) was pretty dated. The room was very big but not all that convenient. A lot of the stairs and walks were in need of repair or at least some smoothing out. It is a big place with lots of rooms so when we...

Steve, Our opening is this weekend, which we have been preparing for over the winter & spring. When we are working toward opening day, we only open a few rooms in the north building. With just a small number of rooms available for our guests, we were full during your weekend stay, even though the parking lot was not full....

It's a bit dingy and dated. Our room had a kitchenette which was nice. In my more critical moments though, I had to remind myself that it's really just a motel. The name change to "Condominium Resort" doesn't change a thing. As a motel, it's okay. As competition to the other "resorts" and "hotels" in Ogunquit, it's not really in...

When you stay with us before opening day there is a lot of preparation still underway. Only a small number of rooms were made available, as the others are being up-graded from a "motel" look and feel, as this is what we bought ten years ago. We are working toward our objective to be a resort-type of experience for our...

If you're looking to do Ogunquit's beaches, this is probably not where you want to stay. Unless you're on foot or on bike, the seasonal traffic will take forever to get through. The walk to Shore road isn't bad, but it puts you right in the middle between Perkins Cove and Rt1. The hotel itself is a nice, traditional new...

Of course you have the option to stay closer than the 1/4 mile walk to the center of town. I expect that the decision to stay with us was rate versus convenience. The state just completed new sidewalks to our location and a bit past us, to the Playhouse, for the 2016 season. Peter

Nancy is simply THE BEST!! My friend and I recently spent a girl's reunion weekend in Ogunquit. We were surprised at how busy it was the weekend after Labor Day. We ended up staying at the Seafarer and had a wonderful time! After walking on the beach and enjoying the kite festival, we walked back to our hotel (great way...

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Playhouse is right across the street. The only drawback this time around was that there were Only two available electrical outlets located in bathroom. None out in room. Hot tub was out of order. King bed was very comfortable and room was clean.
