We stayed at Moon Over Maine for three nights on our way up the coast. Thanks to Rick and Mark, the owners, this was the highlight of our trip. They are very warm and welcoming and the breakfasts were excellent and provided an opportunity to chat with them and other guests. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed one night on our way to points farther north. Completely random selection, passed by and saw they had a room available. Reasonably priced B&B, comfortable bed with good linens, very clean. Scones were excellent! Also a nice assortment of cereal, fruit and other breakfast items. Host was friendly. Very convenient to downtown with off street parking. (Only suggestion would...

A two night stay brought a lot of fun. The house sits partially up a hill just steps from downtown. Owners very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and reasonably priced. Had a hot tub which was wonderful. I recommend staying here.

This is a house that has been converted into an "accommodation" facility. It is definitely not a hotel and a very lacking bed and breakfast. The pros of this place is that it is within very convenient proximity from Ogunquit center and beach. While the rooms are small and cosy, the fridge/mini bar is empty, not even a bottle of...

Ziha I am very disappointed in your review. You obviously were looking for something very different than a quaint bed and breakfast. Your description of our property is very short sighted and mean spirited Simply because I did not have a public rest room for you , you have a need to lash out. Many of our guests enjoy our...

Mark & Rick's B & B, Moon Over Maine, is located a very short walk from downtown Ogunquit and the ocean. Centrally located by just off the beaten path, the house allows for quiet evenings. We walked the ocean, shopped at the local places, ate dinner with recommendations from our hosts and saw a show at the Ogunquit Playhouse. The...

Just had an amazing long weekend at Moon Over Maine. I am not a B&B person, but my partner insisted we stay at one...and Rick exceeded any and all expectations that I had. We have a small, and crazy, dog and our room was secluded and opened to a backyard so that our little guy could run around without making...

Great experience. Pleasant inn keepers, make for a delightful stay in this well kept and well located B&B. Just off the main street, walk everywhere. Big room (tiny bath) and dog friendly. Had a room down staris with a direct outside door, easy for the dog and for privacy. Good breakfast selection, more than anticipated.

Had a great stay at Moon Over Maine in Ogunquit this week. The bedroom was spacious, well decorated with a nice ensuite bathroom. The B&B is in a great location. Walkable to all of my favorite places. Rick, the host was fantastic. Very personable, warm and accommodating. He sent a personal email after I booked to confirm details and was...

“All of the rooms at Moon Over Maine are "good rooms". I will say that I'm a tall fellow (over 6' 5") and I am told that I would have had a hard time standing tall in one of the basement rooms. So, that said, taller folks would be better accommodated in 1st or 2nd-floor rooms. As it was, I stayed in a 1st-floor room and had not trouble whatsoever.”
