My husband and I had a night away from the baby. The inn in right in the town which makes it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, and the cliff walk. Rick and Mark were lovely and fun to speak with. They have two dogs which I was nervous about, but they asked if we were comfortable with... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moon over Maine guesthouse. Rick and Mark were the perfect, gracious hosts. I found them to be quite friendly without being obtrusive. The location was also the perfect landing place to explore this quaint, adorable town. This is a B&B though and the bedrooms aren't the roomiest in the world. That said, with... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and were absolutely happy with everything Moon Over Maine had to offer. I have been coming to Ogunquit every year with my family since I was a toddler and this was the perfect spot for two. The owner, Rick, was extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was cozy and well-decorated and had... More

We were traveling through New England (from Georgia) on business and pleasure. And while it was "off season" (we stayed in late April) and the temperature still cold, Rick made us feel warm upon our arrival. He could not have been more helpful about the good restaurants, things to see and do, and general culture of the town. We had... More

My partner and I came to Ogunquit for the first time this past weekend for my 31st birthday. Rick greeted us on a beautifully sunny day in OGT and told us all about things to do over Patriots' Day weekend. We are new to it being a holiday so weren't really there for the festivities, but it was good context... More

Went to Christmas by the sea in Ogunquit Maine . We stayed in a one bedroom cottage owned by the people who own moon over Maine. The cottage was adorable and just what we needed. With a 3 month old and small dog we didn't want to be stuck in a hotel room and the cottage was perfect. The bedroom... More

“All of the rooms at Moon Over Maine are "good rooms". I will say that I'm a tall fellow (over 6' 5") and I am told that I would have had a hard time standing tall in one of the basement rooms. So, that said, taller folks would be better accommodated in 1st or 2nd-floor rooms. As it was, I stayed in a 1st-floor room and had not trouble whatsoever.”
