We were able to get into the Moon Over Maine B&B on short notice. We were traveling in "high season" and many places were booked. The Innkeeper was very cordial and helpful. Our room was nicely renovated and modernized. My husband enjoyed their hot tub which he said was very nice. Breakfast was good with fresh scones baked that morning....

I stayed at Moon Over Maine several years ago when it was under different management. It is now run by Rick and Mark- two amazing hosts who made our visit perfect. Our room was spacious (especially by b&b standards). Each morning we were greeted by a superb continental breakfast with delectable homemade scones (Rick has amazing skills as a baker...

My sister & I enjoyed our weekend stay at MOM. The location was wonderful with a short walk to the shops and restaurants in and around Main Street. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Rick and Ty (their dog). We stayed in the Mars room which was on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the manicured back yard....

My partner and I just arrived back from a great 4-night stay at the Moon (8/13-8/16/2014) that I'm wishing had never ended! Owners Rick and Mark made every reasonable allowance to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible. They even provided folding chairs and towels for use at the nearby beach. The Moon hosts couldn't have been more inviting...

My husband and I called to try to get a room here as a last minute get away. We were lucky enough to get in! This centrally located inn is walking distance to practically everything in Ogunquit. The inn's owner was very nice. The room was clean and cute. The rate was reasonable. I have been staying in Ogunquit for...

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ogunquit and our stay at Moon Over Maine. Innkeepers Rick and Mark were friendly without being intrusive. The same goes for Ty the dog. We mentioned over the phone we were celebrating our anniversary and we found chocolates in our room upon arriving. Our room was very clean and we found the entire property...

We stayed here for three nights during the peak of the summer season and, to be honest, we were "underwhelmed" by MoM. The room was large enough (except for a very tiny bathroom and shower), but it was on the ground floor located directly beneath the living space occupied by the owners. They get up very early. We know this...

I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner in the Uranus room (nice king bed). The inn is a 1 minute walk up a side street from the main part of the village. In spite of the closeness to all the shops and restaurants, the inn and the room are very quiet. Good breakfast in the am (hard boiled...

My partner and I stayed at Moon Over Maine for an extended stay in July. The owners, Rick and Mark, were very helpful and great hosts. They not only gave us information on restaurants and events in the area, they shared information only locals would know - park here, not there; walk to this spot because over there is..." It...

“All of the rooms at Moon Over Maine are "good rooms". I will say that I'm a tall fellow (over 6' 5") and I am told that I would have had a hard time standing tall in one of the basement rooms. So, that said, taller folks would be better accommodated in 1st or 2nd-floor rooms. As it was, I stayed in a 1st-floor room and had not trouble whatsoever.”
