We stayed for three nights over Memorial Day Weekend and really could not have asked for a better time, place to stay, etc. 16 Beach is great and the innkeepers are wonderful. We are going back and I would highly recommend it to anyone else.... yeah, it was that good....

I've wanted to visit Linda and Dick at their Bed & Breakfast from the first time they told me they had become the Owners and Innkeepers of their own B&B in far-distant Maine, just a block away from the Ocean. And finally, my friend Lore and I were able to put together plans to do just that. Lore traveled from... More

For Victoria Day weekend, my friend Anny and I went back to 16 Beach Street for the third time. It was a weekend in heaven. Dick and Linda made sure that we had everything our hearts desired, from beach chairs to the best blueberry lemon french toast you've ever had! We even had fresh lemonade and Ghirardelli fresh baked chocolote... More

My partner and I were invited to join some friends at a Wine Tasting Weekend at 16 Beach Street in Ogunquit. Our friends have raved about 16 Beach Street, and everything they said proved to be true! This was our first time visiting this B&B, and we had an absolutely fabulous time. The Innkeepers, Dick and Linda, are superb hosts... More

We have been staying at 16 Beach Street for about 7 years and wouldn't think of staying at another B&B while in Ogunquit. We had tried others before finding 16 Beach and there really is no comparison. The Inn is quiet, cozy and impeccably clean. The Innkeepers, Dick and Linda, are great hosts and the breakfasts are yummy too! Always... More

Last weekend I went back to my "Home Away from Home, 16 Beach Street" to see Dick and Linda for another amazing weekend with friends. Let me first start off by saying that I travel quite often and really appreciate and want to enjoy my time off and the places I choose to stay. This is at least my tenth... More

After a long trip up the East coast to visit friends in Long Island, my friend and I decided to travel up to New England where I had vacationed with my family back in the 80s. We made reservations at a B&B for some R&R before driving back to Michigan after a wonderful winter in Florida. We stayed at 16... More

Last summer my daughter and I had a chance to do a "Mother-Daughter Weekend" to celebrate her graduation from college. After a great deal of research we settled on 16 Beach St. and could not have been more thrilled with the experience. The location is perfect because once you arrive and park the car you never have to get back... More

*** taken from my yelp.com review*** I had never been to Ogunquit and was hard pressed to find something for a single Saturday night, on a holiday weekend. A few of the higher-rated places were booked...sigh... but I could not have been more lucky that they were! First-off... You cannot beat the location with a stick... or even a baseball... More

We stayed for the umpteenth time at this gorgeous B&B 24th through 26th March 2012 three nights in Mary Harrington room, which is our favourite. We have also stayed in Hattie Nagel too on previous visits, equally as lovely. Linda and Dick are natural hosts, knowing how to subtly balance being the host and being able to sense when to... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
16 Beach Street is a classic three-story New Englander style home built in 1920 by the Perkins family. We are a small intimate Inn with five bedrooms. Because of its close proximity to the Beach, the Inn is decorated like a beach house in bright cheery colors. The location of the Inn is ideal. The trolley stops right outside the door and we are within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, the beach and the Marginal Way. Full breakfasts are served every morning along with our signature home-made scones. ... more   less
