Spent 4 nights at the Regency and cannot wait to return. The hotel itself is beautiful. Love that they still use actual keys. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who drove the shuttle from the hotel to the train station was so nice and personable. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping kept our...

I thought the staff was very friendly, bed was extremely comfortable, the food was great, very clean, and the spa was wonderful. We had a couples massage that was very relaxing. They also offer valet parking, which is helpful in the city environment. The hotel is in a great location- easy to walk to the ports, boats, restaurants, etc.

We've traveled to Portland for the last six years for an annual kid-free weekend, and discovered the Portland Regency last year. There's a lot to love about it. The building has character, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar serves an excellent martini, the valet is the nicest guy ever, and the location simply can't be beat. Unfortunately, due...

Smack in the middle of the downtown area, fresh coffee and pastry brought to to room early in the morning. Valet parking Convenient fun food and bar downstairs in the Armory. I stay here whenever I'm in town for work or play.

I loved everything about this room from the California King bed to the wonderful location. The front desk was extremely helpful. No matter what questions we had, they were very knowledgeable in their response. The location is right in the middle of everything. Restaurants, bars, the waterfront. You can't ask for a better hotel at a better price.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. The Regency is located in the Old Port section of Portland. There is valet parking, $20 per night, however you don't have to drive anywhere all is within walking distance. The front desk as well as all other employees will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The...

Our room was huge, in the corner, and near the spa. We loved it. Most comfortable bed we've ever had, we didn't even go out Saturday night, we stayed in because we were so relaxed. Definitely going back!

The best part of the hotel is its location. Right in the center and with easy access to everything: shops, bars etc. Second best is the gym - didn't expect it to be so nice and well equipped. The least favorite is the fact that there is no way to make a cup of tea or coffee in the rooms...

I spent a night with my family in this beautiful historic hotel. No complaints except for my experience at the spa. The spa is apparently open until 9pm. I showed up shortly after 8pm to use the Jacuzzi. I asked if it was OK and I was told it would close in 20 minutes so to make it quick. After...

The hotel fronts on a little cobble stone street in the middle of Old Port. What a fantastic place. Everyone we encountered working here couldn't do enough for you. We were picked up at the train station by their shuttle no charge to or from. Our first night was date night. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, had...
