I was booked here to give a presentation at Maine Medical Center and was very happy to have had the opportunity to stay here. The mansion is literally right across the street from the hospital, although it is a short drive or long walk to the old port area. I was greeted by name and stayed in room #3 which...

We had the pleasure of staying at The Morrill Mansion last night. The location is perfect, in a quaint neighborhood but within walking distance to tons of restaurants and the State Theater. The parking situation is ideal! The building and the grounds are gorgeous and well kept. I was totally impressed and then it got better when I met David...

I stayed at the Morrill Mansion in the Marston room for 3 nights in April 2017. This room was perfect for me and my boyfriend. It was a comfortable and relaxing "home base" for us over the weekend. David is a gracious host. I am not usually a huge bed and breakfast fan, but I choose it because of the...

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Portland for the weekend. This location is a perfect distance from the popular sights to see in the area. The inn was great. Everything was very clean, bed was really comfortable, the room was a perfect size. They were very accommodating with coffee and tea available, movies, games and snacks. The breakfast...

We stayed in The Marston room at The Morrill Mansion this past weekend on a Saturday and Sunday night. The room's accommodations were perfect for a short stay for two. The innkeeper David was a wonderful host ready with suggestions if you needed them. Breakfast was scrumptious and varied. Our room was, as noted by other reviewers, at the top...

Loved this B&B! Quiet, very comfortable, safe neighborhood, wonderful furnishings, spotless, roomy, friendly, fantastic baked goods including Whoopie Pies as good as my mother's! Within easy walking distance of most of Portland. Very relaxing weekend.

A wonderful place to stay near the port in Portland. Off-street parking--we left the car and walked to restaurants, interesting coffee spots, and the Portland Museum of Art. The breakfast was wonderful, too.

I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet. First and foremost, David is a wonderful person and served as more than an innkeeper. He has a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and just a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was delicious and set you up for the day. Our room, well - the entire house was...

We had a great stay in this excellent B&B. I felt cared for and welcome, but also had lots of peaceful privacy. Breakfast was just fantastic, snacks/coffee/tea way above and beyond. The room was clean, comfortable, everything worked perfectly and anything we could have needed was provided before we even realized we needed it.
