My fiance stayed here a while back - It was an amazing trip. We stayed in the Back Cove and it was really magical. Everything from the delicous breakfast to the lush amenities, I have recommended it to many friends. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Love love!

We stayed in a beautifully appointed, spacious suite and had a tasty breakfast. The owner, David, is very welcoming and when we mentioned that we were trying to find good whoopie pies, he put some in our room for us. Good location with some very good dining options in easy walking distance

We drove up from Boston and stayed at this B&B for a night based on reviews on TripAdvisor and couldn't have been happier! This place is cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. A parking lot in back makes for easy parking, and the B&B is about a 10-20 minute walk to the Waterfront/Old Port and easily within walking distance of most everything...

My wife and I stayed at the Morrill Mansion B&B over New Year's weekend. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and David is always around if you need something but never intrusive. The breakfasts are fresh and delicious and have something for everyone - you can have a more substantial gourmet brunch or something lighter, like yogurt and cereal....

We stayed at the perfectly appointed Morrill Mansion B&B based on TripAdvisor reviews, and we weren't disappointed. It's obvious from the moment you enter this delightful building that you are inside an historical treasure. We stayed in the Vaughn room, with it's well maintained 19th century ornate casings, oak floor, beautiful period furniture, bright, but appropriate color scheme, and decoratively...

My husband and I were very pleased with Morrill Mansion. David, the owner/innkeeper, was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. Boda, the Thai restaurant he suggested, was our favorite during the entire trip! The inn was quiet and very clean. We stayed in the Burnham room which felt much larger than the pictures on their website show. The bathroom...

Yes, the previous reviewers had it right - Morrill Mansion is indeed a gem in Portland! We spent a long weekend in January at this beautiful and clean B&B and enjoyed it immensely. The rooms and breakfasts have been described fully in other reviews. Food and snacks were terrific, and I don't know why David bills breakfast as continental, as...

We were on a 10 day driving tour through the New England, and would spontaneously look for accommodation when we were ready to stop for the night. We always were lucky and happy with what we found but the gem was the Morrill Mansion which had 2 rooms available for the night (we are two couples) at the best (and...

My spouse and recently spent a weekend at Morrill Mansion in Portland, ME. One of the things we loved is that it's close enough to downtown to walk but just far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. David is a wonderful innkeeper, we had a great conversation during breakfast about good places to eat in Portland and he...

I'm so glad we decided to go the B&B route on our weekend getaway to Portland. We could have stayed at a big hotel, but the Morrill Mansion had so much more character! The only room available was the Morrill Suite-which sleeps three, but we were glad we booked it. The extra room provided a great spot to hook up...
