This property was built in 1895. A lot of touches from that era are there. Tin ceilings, period furniture, lots of woodwork, lots of period photos in the lobby. Very nice staff. Our room was a little small but comfortable. There was a small window air conditioner. For Rangeley it's adequate if it's not too hot. We were there the...

Very nice well kept rooms ... we stayed in the main building & our room was large & bright. No mini fridge or coffee maker in these rooms but they are available in the newer rooms on Haley Pond, adjacent to the main lodge.

We planned a few days away to relax and enjoy mother nature with our Lab puppy. The Inn had a pet friendly building right off the lake. The rooms was fantastic as there was no 'pet ordor' and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and included in the price and their bar/restaurant delivered a great meal. The town of Rangeley...

My husband and I like to overnight trip throughout Maine and this was the perfect spot to choose to spend the night at. Our room by Haley pond was delightful. Relaxing with beautiful views of the pond and sunrise. The continental breakfast was very well presented and quite yummy as was the dinner we enjoyed in the tavern the night...

Rangeley has been our family summer getaway spot for 20 years, but this was our first time staying in a local hotel instead of a cabin. Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially with our fussy toddler in tow. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, with fresh baked pastries and quiche, and...

This beautiful old Inn is one of the most charming places to stay for a night or more. There is so much history to feel while you are staying in one of their rooms. You have only to close your eyes and think of an earlier time when families or couples got off the trains from far away to have...

Wonderful staff, great stay. Could not ask for more from the time we arrived to the time we left. Well kept room, awesome staff, delicious breakfast and fun outdoors entertainment. I particularly enjoyed Kayaking but there is also fire pit and canoeing.

My husband and I really loved the Rangeley Inn! The main building was just lovely with great decor and service. Everyone who worked there was so nice and seemed genuinely glad to greet us. Atmosphere was very nice and the lake view was superb, as well. We stayed in the cabin area behind the Inn and we LOVED them. Right...

My partner and I recently had our small (25 Guests) wedding ceremony and reception at the Rangeley Inn. We first looked for an outdoor scenic venue on the Maine coast and could not possibly justify the cost. We looked at ski resorts, farms, and barns and were shocked by the Wedding Industrial complex! Having camped, hiked and recreated in the...

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Rangeley Inn. The room was neat and well appointed. The architecture of the Inn recalls the 19 th Century while offering the amenities of the 21 st Century. The staff of the Inn are friendly and accommodating. The food served in the Inn's Tavern is quite exceptional. Chef Jim Fargo ranks...
