We stayed here with our families for our wedding -- and had the reception in the dining room. Frank & PJ were the perfect hosts: funny, warm, attentive. They made us and our families feel like we were staying with old friends. The breakfasts were delicious -- always something different: fruit, scones, pancakes, etc. The rooms are beautiful and spacious...

A wonderful location and beautifully maintained inn. Impeccable attention to detail and service (arranging dinners, directions etc). Great rooms. Breakfasts were excellent. A top 10 stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Limerock on a weeknight. We shared the large quiet house with just one other couple. Frank and PJ were great hosts. The room and entire house was very clean and we felt right at home. My wife watched television in her pajamas that evening in one of the common rooms. Our afternoon and...

The LImerock Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The property is an old Victorian home that is warm, inviting and very comfortable. The innkeepers, Frank and PJ, made me feel at home the moment I arrived. They took great care of me during my stay, from helping me with directions to recommending places to eat along the coast. I...

We received our stay at the Inn as a wedding present to use on our 1st anniversary - and we looked forward to it all year! The innkeepers Frank and PJ are doing an outstanding job - they were friendly, helpful, and made a nice breakfast the next morning. The Garden Room was perfect - it has a beautiful garden...

The Limerock Inn exemplifies what a B&B is supposed to be about. A beautiful property, carefully and thoughtfully maintained and decorated. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite proprietators. Attention to detail. Focus on the guest's comfort. This is one of the top-5 B&Bs I've ever stayed, ever.

My wife and I felt at home from the first moment we set foot in the Limerock Inn. PJ and Frank could not have been more welcoming and gracious during our stay. When my wife mentioned that she was cold in the room, PJ immediately retrieved a space heater for our use. There was great friendliness and camaderie among the...

We received the gift of an overnight at this authentic Victorian beauty. Our quarters in the Turret Room were spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated. The bed was perfect for tired backs, while the bathroom afforded the comfort and refreshment of both shower and full tub. The atmosphere is soothing and quiet, rich in period colors, patterns, framed art, and original...

Frank and PJ have created a perfect getaway weekend experience. Their warmth, hospitality and great suggestions for attractions and restaurants in the area provided us with a postcard perfect weekend. The Inn is beautifully decorated, the grounds invite wandering through the gardens and relaxing in the gazebo. Breakfast was delicious and Frank should be a pastry chef! They made us...

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Limerock in on a spur of the moment trip. We called the Limerock en route to Maine and they were able to accomodate us for two nights. Wonderful breakfasts and warm hospitality are a given. They had no problem taking time to chat and direct us to places of interest...
