The staff are incredible to say the least, very helpful and friendly. The fact that the staff donate their tips to Care Camps says it all. This KOA is very clean and has organized activities. Our site was a nice stone pull through and spacious. If your in the area stay here,

Needed to stay one night on way to northern Maine. This was the only campground that had space. Staff guided us to site which was very small. The sites were very close together. The pull through site was short so had to disconnect truck from travel trailer. Really designed for families with young children seeking lots of on site activities....

First of all, I'd like to state that I have stayed here twice a year for the last four years. With that sample size, I think I am able to provide an unbiased review of this property. The Good: Maybe the cleanest camping experience I have ever seen. From cabins, to the pool, the jacuzzi, the bathrooms, etc. Clean, clean,...

I would first like to start off with the positives. The staff was super friendly and the campground was really well kept. My girlfriend and I were actually shocked how clean the bathrooms and showers were. It was above expectations. The pool area was nice and was clean and overall the campground was in good shape. The cabin was nice...

I spent three nights in a basic cabin with my son and husband. It was great! It was extremely clean, quiet, and family friendly. The heated pool and hot tub were to die for, the only suggestion I would make would be to please leave them open longer, 10 AM to dusk isn't long enough, especially after a long day...

We stayed here for 2 days. We had no intention of spending time here more then sleeping. We have stayed at many KOAs this was by far our least favorite. Basing this on the sites. Very tight and close together. Lots of cabins if that is your thing. The grounds were clean, nice staff (meeting all KOA standards), bathrooms clean,...

We have stayed in cabins at various campgrounds all over the northeast, so we decided to try Saco KOA. Upon arrival it seemed like a clean well kept facility, however, this was the first campground I have ever had to sign an indemnification form to hold the campground harmless at checkin. My wife also had to sign off on it....

In the past, my experience was good. Everyone on the staff has been friendly and helpful...except the managers. They pounded on my door at 8am on Saturday to yell at my wife and I about a noise complaint from the night before. They frightened my two children and didn't want to hear our side of the story. The staff there...

The site we were assigned was very clean and with new equipment, the staff was very helpful. A bit cramped and there are no views of really anything but a wall...considering how close we were to the beach it's a good spot.

Worst experience ever. Do NOT stay here. Amenities seem great and all but service and management are awful and for only having 48 hours of a vacation...it was the WORST possible choice. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to check into a luxury cabin (LL81) - Keep in mind LL17 and LL18 have EXACT same reviews that we tragically did not...
