We really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, and yummy cookies everyday, what more could you wish for? Dora and Daniel really put their heart and soul into taking care of all guests. We peeped at leaves, hiked trails & drove all over. It was a real pleasure to return to the Inn every night. We will be back!

Thank you for your wonderful comments about your stay. We strive to make our inn as welcoming and comfortable as possible and we very much appreciate hearing that we are doing just that. We thoroughly enjoyed having you stay with us and are hopeful that we will see you again, sooner rather than later.

For our fall trip to Maine I was looking forward to a return visit to the Inn at Southwest and I wasn't disappointed. We stayed in the Blue Hill Bay room on the 3rd floor and it was just beautiful. Our carpeted room was charmingly decorated and furnished with a King bed, wicker loveseat, bedside tables and a full bath....

My wife and I just returned from our second stay at The Inn at Southwest. Anyone who is travelling to Acadia should do themselves a favor and stay with Dora and Daniel at the Inn. Everything is perfectly attended to, the breakfasts are incredible and creative, and Dora and Daniel could not be more gracious and welcoming. We have been...

My husband and I stayed at this inn for two nights in October. Dora and Daniel went out of their way to make sure we had everything and more. Dora was cheerful, friendly and so helpful. Daniel's homemade kitchen creations for breakfast were not only incredibly tasty, they were carefully made with fresh local quality ingredients. (You'll not find a...

Our second stay at the Inn at Southwest was just as good as the first and as long as Dora and Daniel are the Innkeepers, we will make it our first choice for a place to stay when visiting Acadia National Park. Daniel's breakfast is a special treat every morning and Dora always presents herself in a very positive way...

Never stayed at a B&B before, but the glowing reviews and photos posted on their website were spot on! My husband and I loved our room, our breakfasts, the cookies and hot cider, and our hosts! Dora is a wonderful host, and Daniel cooks such innovative breakfast items--it's like eating at a 5 star restaurant! We were never so excited...

My wife and I spent 3 nights staying with Dora and Daniel and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The very affordable quaint historical Inn was situated 20 minutes to the quiet side of Bar Harbor and at the foothills of Acadia National Park.
