This place has amazing views of Sebago lake. The owners were very friendly. Perfect place to disconnect from the world and recharge yourself. Canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing or just relaxing on the private beach

Neglected and thoroughly under-maintained "cottage" , the worst place I have stayed in for a long time. Rusty appliances, rotting floors and filthy ceiling tiles are some of what you will enjoy here. We couldn't wait to leave. A rip-off.

Very little trees between sites, lacking privacy. (Had a fence and lattice behind our site)Bathrooms are prison-grade (1urinal?) Beach and lake are beautiful.. might want to bathe there instead. I think you could do better elsewhere.
