Nice location but the accommodations are sketchy, especially considering the high rate. At night, the temperature got down to 30 and we had no heat. The thermostat was locked and nobody answered the front desk bell when we rang. The mattress sounded like it was stuffed the newspaper when we laid on it and was very uncomfortable. Generally rundown. Will...

We had another girls weekend. This time at Sebago Lake Lodge...It was a very relaxing and most comfortable spot. Beautiful view Cottage was quaint and beautifully done in pine. Beds were comfortable. Wish the fireplace could have been used but understand the fire laws. It was just a wonderful place to be especially during leaf peeping season. Debbie and the...

Clean basic accommodations right on the lake. We loved using the canoes and kayaks. The is a very small swimming area as well. Very basic continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owner. Outdoor fireplace was nice.

This is a beautiful lake setting, too bad it's been neglected. The carpet was worn, mold in the bathroom, the bed was uncomfortable. On the good side, the rate was good, $62.00. We have stayed here in the past and it seemed to be much nicer.

The location is beautiful but the inn could use some more modern updates. Stayed in the guest cottage .unappealing layout. Typical area for average restaurants. You need to rent a boat ahead of time if you choose to be on the water.

Nice 3 night stay with beautiful view of the lake from room 1A. Room was very clean and had all the necessities in the kitchen. Deborah is very welcoming. Love her dogs. Quiet place. Be sure to ask Deborah for the ins and outs of boating if you take one out and don't know the lake. She does!

Very picturesque location. Authentically Maine Lodge and cottages with great views from right along the water's edge. Loved it! Owner went the extra mile at least 3 times during our 3-night stay making our weekend the best it could be. Definitely coming back and bringing our friends and family.

My husband and spent a few nights at this delightful lodge. There are guest rooms in the main lodge and cabins scattered around the grounds. We were in a cabin just steps from the lake and swimming area. The cabin was clean, cozy and well equipped. There were kayaks and canoes for use whenever the urge struck. Debra, the owner,...

We have stayed here twice and it is a beautiful place. The owner Deborah is a super nice person. The views are amazing. The cottages are very clean. We will be staying here again. Much better than a hotel room. We love that they have kayaks and canoes available. The sunset views are spectacular. We love that Windham is so...

This Lodge has rooms in the main building and cottages right on the lake. It is a beautiful location and very close to shopping if you need beverages or food during your stay. We stayed in the main building and our room included its own very small cramped bathroom and a living room with an antiquated 19 inch tv. Hey...
