Convenient location right on the Bar Harbor Road on the way to Acadia national park, this motel is good enough for a night's stay. Since it is on the highway, try to get rooms that are not facing the road, if you do not want to be disturbed by the traffic. The room size is good enough , although the...

We stayed 3 nights in the room with 2 double beds. The room was spacious and clean and had everything one can expect from a motel for that price. Casey, the owner was very friendly and even obliged our request for a mini-fridge in the room. Bar Harbor is a 20-30 minute drive away. Food and supermarkets were 2.5 miles/5...

Having made reservations here was a big mistake! We arrived at the property at 6:30pm. We were told the room had been given away because we didn't arrive by 6pm! We were never advised by online booking that we had to do so. We had been driving since 7:30am. After arguing with this manager, he finally gave us another room...

We stayed here for two nights during the Labor Day long weekend trip to Acadia National Park and were satisfied. It is located only 13 miles from Hull Cove Visitor Center of Acadia National Park. If you are not able to get accommodation in Bar Harbor, this is the next best location. Definitely, much better than going 45 miles to...

Love this motel. It is vintage at its best. It does not have an abundance of amenities but is very clean and affordable. It has regular rooms or little cottages and is close to everything. We love it.

Had a room tucked in a corner, so only a small window in the back. I liked the general atmosphere that is 1960's (old-style travelling in the US) when I came here last year so was happy to come back. Yes, sound proofing is not splendid, but there is a frugal charm to the place. The owners are friendly. The...

Only a 20 minute drive to Bar Harbor. We had a room with two twin beds which worked out because I was traveling with a friend. the room had AC, a tv, and a small bathroom - no fridge. the room was very clean and I was VERY happy about that! free donuts and coffee in the morning too!

Although outdated, this motel is clean, wifi was never interrupted, Airconditioning was noisy but working. Owner was kind enough to provide refrigerator, microwave and extra pillows upon our request. Only downside, faucet by the shower doesnt work. We took 2 rooms with 2 double beds and its worth it with the affordable price.

The motel is on a busy road and the cottages don't offer any insolation from the noise. They are very dated and basic, but they were clean. Overall it's a pretty basic Road side motel, but there are definitely better places around and I wouldn't rush back

I have stayed here three times. All three times they have been very accommodating. Rooms have been clean and fair priced. When I hear people complain I think they forget that the many motels around here are double the price or more. I'll be going back again.
