We were very pleased with our new suite at Wiscassett Woods. There was a bedroom with a Queen bed which was comparable to a regular motel room with a TV. Between the bedroom and the living room, there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, small sink and counter area. There are no kitchen or cooking items. We were aware of...

We had a nice clean room with comfortable beds and 4 pillows to each bed. The air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was large, and the water pressure was very good. Nice size tv with several channels. Breakfast was very good and different every morning. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Some rooms have refrigerators. I would recommend this...

We just did one night here on our way up to my nephew's graduation at Colby; wanted to explore the area. Very convenient to the places we wanted to go: the narrow gauge railway in Alna and the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden. We found it was also convenient when my husband realized he had left his suit coat at home...

Excellent breakfast buffet, very clean and dog friendly rooms. Owners very attentive and on top of everything. Good location and very quiet rooms- woods behind the rooms and decks to enjoy the view. Relaxing and calming!

We went this May, a last minute decision based on reviews. It has simple- but clean & neat rooms, great people & a breakfast (which is included) that can't be beat. The large variety of food is made from scratch and it even includes real maple syrup. The property and grounds are well cared for and there are hiking trails...

The room was perfect. Nothing fancy. Clean and quiet. Beautiful setting. Lovely owners. Sadly we missed breakfast but they were willing to cook up something special to accomodate our dietary needs. Definitely would stay there again!

Right on US 1, great central location for enjoying the Mid-Coast or as a stop along your route Down East. Clean and quiet rooms tucked into the trees. Staff is very attentive and does a great job of taking care of you around your schedule. A true Maine experience. We've enjoyed staying there for the past 10 years.

Also known as Wiscasset Wood Lodge is now owned by a couple who used to work in a western national park. They bring this great experience to Maine. The facilities are well-kept. There is a great trail behind the hotel and a fire pit in the front. They had light snacks available upon arrival. We spent a very quiet night...

I loved this place and would go back again. The room was clean and quiet, and the ambiance was very restful. It is a small place, surrounded by beautiful trees, and there are outdoor games set up to play, including croquet. Every morning the owners would fix a DELICIOUS HOT BREAKFAST available from 6:30-9:30. In the dining room (with a...

Pull in and let the madness of traffic go on without you. Immaculate rooms, pleasant grounds with fire pits, wooded seating areas, and even a short nature trail. Be sure to allow enough time in the morning for the complimentary home cooked breakfast.
