My mother-in-law and I had an absolutely perfect weekend at the Shipwatch Inn. Such a fantastic view from our deck. Appreciated the lovely Christmas decor and the complimentary coffee, tea and dessert and the relaxing, cozy dining room to sit and chat, have a treat and enjoy the view. The hosts were so kind and helpful and we enjoyed talking...

Some people shop at malls on Black Friday, we shop in small towns on Black Friday... The ShipWatch Inn was a nice waterfront Bed and Breakfast in a charming little town on the C&D Canal. We stay here several times a year and have never offered a review, so I guess it was time. We stay in different rooms each...

The Ship Watch Inn is a beautiful B & B! The rooms are large, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for walking to local restaurants. The decor is elegant. All of the rooms are waterfront. We would definitely book here again without a second thought. Very pleased!

This great B&B is our half way point on our trips from NC to New England and it never disappoints. It is clean, staffed with friendly people, and has comfortable rooms. The breakfast is always good. We particularly enjoy watching the ship, some ocean freighters go through the canal. There are good restaurants nearby.

My entire wedding party booked the whole inn for 2 nights for my wedding. We had a great time, and had wonderful things to say. FIrst of all, the rooms are far more modern than anything else we saw in Chesapeake City, while still keeping the charming quaint feel (think upgraded bathrooms with soaking tubs, but beautiful antique furniture). The...

We had a fun get away with two other couples. It was our first time here. The balconies are open and we had a fun little wine and cheese party (on our own) on the deck. We enjoyed the water view and even saw a huge barge float by driven by a tug boat. We went out to a local...

This was our 4th trip, and we can't wait for the next one! The room is wonderful, and the breakfasts are delicious. We love strolling around town, and shopping at the quaint shops. But our favorite thing to do is sit on the porch, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the ships go by. A totally relaxing time, every time!

Beautiful inn and view. Wonderful staff, Renee and Sharon are so nice! We have been going here for years and it keeps getting better. The breakfasts are delicious, the town so cute and it's so restful and relaxing from beginning to end.

Went there for two nights, one night in the suite. Place is beyond incredible. Mostly dealt with Renee and she was super easy to deal with and made our stay memorable. This place is really beyond a five star.
