This is our go to campground. The owners and staff are wonderful. This is a great campground for anyone. The pool is nice. The sites are usually good size. Bath Houses are always clean!! We usually stay during Memorial Day Weekend. During Holiday weekends alot more people. They also have lots of great activities going on especially for the kids.

We chose this location since we wanted to be able to get to Dover and Rehoboth Beach, DE, as well as St. Michael’s, MD. This location allowed us to do that even though it’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Site pad was dirt, driveways are asphalt on the entrance and then gravel, generally in good shape. Bathrooms are...

This campground is in my top 3 of all campgrounds ever stayed in and we've been traveling for 10 years. Very friendly people, very spacious sites, clean restrooms and showers, looks of fun things to do, especially if you enjoy nature. Cable tv

We reserved a drive-thru RV site for the weekend. I was apprehensive by all the negative comments and reviews. This is NOT what I found and in fact had a terrific weekend there. Plenty of gospel music, very quiet setting, extremely clean bathhouses, safe with a very pleasant staff. In fact, everyone went out of their way to make you...

We visited this campground for party, not to camp, and had the most interesting response at the gate. Initially, the woman speaking on the intercom could not be heard and when asked to repeat what she had said...she became rather abrupt. She told us to back up and park our vehicle in order to register it. When going in, they...

The campground is old. Metal playground equipment. Un friendly staff. Well stocked camp store. Lots of rules. A long ride into the campground with many un-necessary speed bumps. Bare minimum of activities so that they can be under the "Good Sam's" listing.

My wife and I were relocating to nearby DE and needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks. We found the owners to be more than willing to go above and beyond in meeting the needs in our unique situation. We were given a large flat site for our 35' fifth wheel trailer. The roads are well maintained and...

We went to this campground several times after we bought our first travel trailer, until we started comparing this to other campgrounds. They compliment themselves as having a rustic campground, when in fact, it's just outdated. Very little money goes back into the campground--no heat or a/c in bathhouses, or community hall, average price for W&E hook-ups, activities are similiar...

New owner. Office staff was courteous. Needs some improvement. Gravel sites are not level. Right by the expressway so it is noisy. There are RV's and Campers in there as fulltime sites, these need so tlc. Bathrooms were clean. It was a convenient on and off campground to the expressway.

We have stayed at holiday park a few times because of the convenience. It is literally like taking a step back in time... Thus the twilight zone.they are so out of touch to the next generation. Kids weekends have no real activities. It seems they are trying to do the least amount of work to be qualified as a good...
