    The 1828 Trail Inn rates up there with the best B&Bs. Old, old house, nicely restored. Clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are superb and the innkeepers are great. Hancock isn't very big. It's claims to fame are the Maryland Rail Trail and the C&O Canal towpath....More

    Hi Lizzie Same from me as from Golfdick! But I can recommend the 1828. Not a lot in Hancock but good to visit and good grill near the inn. There is an interesting hunting shop on Main St - killing animals not my idea of fun... More
