The staff I encountered at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and the people who worked in The Bistro cafe were all exceptional. They smiled, were friendly, and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable. It was quiet at night. The room had enough room to spread out my things for my one-week stay. The desk has a section that...

Good hotel, very big, very clean and well maintained, rooms are very spacious. Balcony sliding doors and considering the area felt a little unsafe as Hotel so spaced out, but was clean and good. Can't comment on anything else as did this as part of a tour.

Have stayed at this quiet, convenient hotel at least 15 times on business. Very welcoming and helpful staff. It can sell out, so book early. Popular with business guests and lacrosse teams (US Lacrosse is nearby), always packed. There's no "noisy side" near a highway, for instance; all rooms are equally quiet, on a leafy, peaceful hillside. Walking distance to...

Staff was nice but the heat in room did not work properly. It pushed out cold and then they worked on it and then it became a sauna. The equipment needs to be updated and they do not have a shuttle bus which the embassy suites does.

I stopped by a week before to reserve a room for me and my husband for our anniversary weekend. I was pleasantly greeted by Keileigh and she was kind and attentive. She looked thoroughly for the best rates (Marriott rewards member and AAA member). Keileigh also ask the occasion and wished me a early Happy Anniversary. This would be my...

After being on the road for four hours, all I needed was a comfortable place to lay my head and get some sleep. The property is lovely, with a very hip bistro-coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a comfy looking "chillax" space with sofas and comfy chairs around a fireplace. It would be a nice place to meet...

Hotel should post on their web site that they have no heat in common areas (room does have heat). There were few cars in parking lot, and now we know why - no heat. The Courtyard has been poor (compared to other Marriotts), but no heat, poor service, a coffee maker with water in it left from previous guest, a...

The room was raggedy with peeling wallpaper and dirty carpet. The TV did not get good, basic cable and local channels. We had to watch AMC's The Walking Dead in the lobby and leave the comfort of my room because my room TV did not get the AMC channel. The AA male manager was playing his music extremely loud as...

My daughter and I had three medical appointments in Baltimore one on one day two the next. We live in PA so we stayed at this hotel for the night. It rained for the whole two days we were there last week so there wasn't much to do. The refrigerator did not work and had spiders in it. Please tell...

The staff was very friendly upon checkin and the room was OK. The beds were comfy and the room was a good size for a family of 4. Our only real complaint was that it was loud. It was a Saturday night so I assume it was just busy but I felt like the walls and door were thin to...
