We have stayed there for over 10 years, the last time was Feb of 2017. the shuttle does run 24 hours. Just tell them at the desk what times you need it and you will have a ride. One time the shuttle driver was sick, the hotel called a taxi and paid for the trip to airport. We usually take a flight that requires us to be at airport 4:00 AM, we land on our return at 1:00 AM and have ALWAYS had shuttle to and from.
