Just got home from this condo and thought I should let renters know that this place is no good, this is a older high rise that has a lot of problems, I will share some of our adventures of our time here, first of all we are Golden Sands renters for years but do to some water problems (legionnaires disease)...

We had to call the management company right away when we arrived due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, bith of which were never fixed entirely. The whole building is outdated and desperately in need of attention. Our unit has potential, if the owners hired a new management company, Century 21 staff were co.pletely unhelpful and useless. Both bathrooms were...

Building was very nice & clean. Apparently the entire lobby and entrance were renovated in 2016. Everyone was friendly in the rental office (We used Century 21, one block south of building). The condo was clean, beds had new mattresses & kitchen had all necessary pots, silverware, microwave etc. Free wifi, encore, sho & hbo! Unit had three TV's. We...

My family of 4 stayed in unit 1415 which was delightful. We definitely plan on staying there again. Owner obviously takes very good care of this unit making it cozy and homey. The complaints about the elevators seem unfounded. There is a service elevator which is preferred upon arrival and departure, as well as to get to the beach, that...

I have made about 3 trips a yr to OC for over 20 yrs and have stayed all over. Decided with a newborn to stay Oceanfront in a high-rise this time. What a nightmare. We stayed in unit 1416 which was fine. It was clean and as advertised although no free wifi in 2016 was annoying. The owner needs to...

We just stayed for a week at the Century 1 Condominium in North Ocean City. The condo is located across the street from shopping, which is convenient to not have to take the car to grab bread, milk etc.... . We stayed in unit 719. It is a very nice condo, with all the amenities. Bathrooms and kitchen clean and...

The unit is nice, but could be so much better. It's very dated and has some issues (closet door to main room was laying inside the closet, bathroom light cover was off, sweeper didn't work, wifi didn't work in the 2nd floor bedroom). The kitchen was dated, but functioning; however, very few items to cook and eat with. Best to...

I am only rating the building and not the unit. This building is not rental friendly. If you go in the front door you have to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach the lobby. Beach goers are not allowed to use the two lobby elevators. You have to share a single freight elevator with folks pushing baggage and "borrowed"...

My grandparents have a time share here, so we've been coming to this place since I was a kid. The rooms are good sized, and the whole unit is pretty big, actually. The balcony overlooks the ocean, which is beautiful (even more so on an early morning or during a storm). It's well located within Ocean City, so you've got...

I am owner here since 1994 and I know each condo in Century I is owned privately. There is no such thing as group of investors or any local or chain hotel owns any part of this building. . Some condos are better equipped, updated, etc., some are not... If you are trying to get the lowest rate possible you...
