Room was clean, ocean view was pretty seeing the sunrise and sunset and the beach. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is too small, The sitting area was good the arcade needs improvement breakfast should be included

When I go to Ocean City I always stay at this Hotel. I am very pleased with the staff and all that they have to offer. But, this trip I wasn’t impressed with my room it could of been cleaned a tad better ex the mouthpiece on the phone was FILTHY. The deli sold he stale $9.00 cheesecake but I still had a good time and will once again book with this hotel.

2nd time staying here. The hotel is nice, clean, and provides ease of experience with its location on the Boardwalk. The housekeeping staff was great. Our room was clean, taken care of and comfortable. The lounge was good but old and needs a makeover. The pool table in the lobby needs to go. Overall, the owners should be looking at modernization upgrades to the hotel and rooms. Newer showers, bigger bathrooms, newer furniture, and fresher paint. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again however the need to perform upgrades and looks is fast approaching. The refrigerator, microwave, countertop, and sink are nice features to the rooms but the balcony railings and wrought iron need major improvements due to salt air exposure. Nice hotel, nice location, but improvements are needed to make this place more than your average boardwalk hotel and bring it back to "Grand" status.. …

Hotel was excellent. The indoor pool was open. Clean and plenty of towels:). Game room was open as well as the boardwalk game room. Hotel was busy for off season but nice. Coffee shop on lobby floor open 24 hrs Friday and Saturday night. Great for a late ice cream, coffee, sandwich, or snack. Room was clean and comfy. No complaints. Sunrise and beach view was amazing. No dishes or kitchen ware what so ever. I didn’t need but noticed that. Plastic cups there and coffee supplies. No freezer compartment in the little frig just fyi. Overall was simply awesome!! I only wish I could afford it in the warmer months!!

After discovering roaches in the room the trip was ruined. The food we ordered was thrown away after discovering the roaches. The outdated hotel should be exterminated on a regular basis because roaches should not be part of a stay.

Very nice rooms and views. The gentleman that worked the evening shift was very friendly and courteous. The restaurants are closed, but it is off season. The pool and game room were nice. You are right on the boardwalk.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Great view on Ocean or Bay side, we have stayed in both. We have stayed here the last 3 years and enjoyed ourselves. I go for a scrapbooking retreat and the Ballroom is huge. Love the indoor parking garage on the side street.
