Pictures are deceiving on website. That must be from back in the day when they first open up. Hallway floors like a rollercoaster and very smoky. Mattress terrible, room about 5x6. Refrigerator looks about 20 years old No smoking signs everywhere no hotel personnel policing. People just smoking everywhere It must be a bikers hotspot. All hours of the night...

This is a beach hotel.... After reading many of the posted reviews I was skeptical but decided to book anyway and was VERY pleasantly surprised. Perfect location on first street on the boardwalk. When you walk in you are greeted by Dakota the macaw hanging out in the lobby. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful in finding...

Plim Plaza was a perfect location, close to the Boardwalk and the Beach. Loved to sit in the rocking chairs. The rooms were small, but was good enough for us. Just a few small complaints. The bathroom in our room was very small. A larger person would have a hard time. Another small complaint, No Chairs. I realize the rooms...

1. I spent over $500.00 for 3 nights. Got a room the size of maybe 12 x 12 with a bed that I would not even let a dog sleep in. Should have been thrown out over 10 years ago. Going to the chiropractor today for help. :( 2. Bathroom if that's what you want to call it. For midgets....

Even though there are some good points to this place (boardwalk/oceanfront location, pool bar with afternoon entertainment, front porch with chairs, free ice cream, nice big lobby), there are many not so good points. The hotel is old (narrow hallways, wooden room doors, uneven floors) & it is damp, but there are certain maintenance issues that need to be taken...

Just got back from my 7th fantastic stay at the Plim Plaza hotel. We started our first day off right with a few drinks down at the pool bar where they had a great duo singing and playing guitar. Then we cooled off in the pool before getting ready for dinner. This time we got to experience room 456 which...

This place has a ton of potential. The location is fantastic, right on the boards with a porch. The lobby is clean and cool, has free ice cream and coffee. The pool/bar area is nice, although it was like bathwater with the 92 degree weather. They do need to enforce the no smoking policy better though. Lots of smokers right...

Avoid this place at all costs. It is a crap hole. The smell is rancid. The carpets have the distinct smell of mold and urine, much like an NYC subway. This used to be a smoking hotel by the looks of the smoke yellow color of the smoke alarm covers and wall paper. The bathroom tiles have mold in the...

Beware, this place is a dump and customer service is really bad. The rooms are small and have a foul odor and the wi-fi service is iffy, at best. You can find a much nicer place for about the same price.

It was a great hotel and it had a nice pool, the rooms where clean and the bathroom was a nice size and had a tub and shower that was nice and the water pressure was great. the only thing bad about the room was the door was not even cut so you could see the light from the hall...
