Although the pictures look much nicer and newer and cleaner, for the money, this wasn't bad. It was right on the boardwalk and was close to everything I like.. Shenanigans, Guidos, Dunkin Donuts, Ocean Gallery and of course, a Candy Kitchen! The noise from the boardwalk was ALOT at night and the balconies offer ZERO privacy so curtains have to be drawn alot because ur neighbors can see in!! The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was great. My biggest complaint was that you can't hear the ocean... at all. You have a great view, but you can't hear it. But for the money, in July, good deal.

Located on Ocean City downtown, beside of board walking and beach area. Small hotel, reasonable price, very easy access to board walking, beach, food and amusement park. Only issue is the on-side parking, difficulty to park on hotel parking lot, otherwise, you have to park on outdoor parking spaces about 3 blocks away.

Awesome view of the boardwalk and the Ocean. The furniture in the unit was dated, but that will probably change when they renovate because the building is an older building. The unit is a nice size with a full kitchen, appliances and dishes. Overall the Unit just need some updating and it will be awesome like it probably was when they first opened.

First night no TV, no answer for why, jus had to wait until the next day for it to just come back on! Third night locked out of my room for 2hrs. Key card would not program, Had to walk back and forth 6x before the front desk offered to check the door herself (for got her name) after I complained I should not have to go back and forth like this! She then tried 20 keys herself no luck, I asked her shouldn’t there be a master key, she wasnt aware of a master key. (Management failed to properly train her in a situation as this. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Luckily one male worker was nice enough to come up and literally buss the lock guard off the door to use a master key to open my door. Mind u it’s pass 12am now. I called in the morning to ask when will maintenance come fix my door Katie front desk was rude and very short spoke to me as if I was inconveniencing her by asking how long and who is the manger. Customer service is poor I should not have to speak of a comparable resolution. Management should have known about my door when they came in and should have already had a solution provided when I called. Not me having to wait and stay in my room on my vacation waiting! Not sure how laundry is done, my towel exchanges had dirty towels in them. Room is much cleaner than I expected for a 3 ⭐️ resort! Shayla and James at the front desk were very nice! If I do stay here again, it is because of Shayla and James customer service . Katie calls me back after 1min to say the Manager overhead some of our conversation and will refund me for 1 night. 30mins later still no maintenance!!! A resort who cares abt the customers offers solutions before the issue becomes a problem especially when your customer is quietly and patiently waiting.

The unit was very clean, obviously with new finishes. Towels could be replenished daily, if desired, linens too. The boardwalk was right there and the location was great! We could see the sunrise every day and sit on the balcony or hit the boardwalk. Wonderful stay!

The bed was comfortable and was a large Studio Unit. The view of the ocean from the unit was great and the staff were friendly and efficient. It is right on the Broadwalk and Beach and for a Studio it had a small but full kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven and all necessary cookware.

First the good: the staff was very nice and the view was awesome. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the tile in the bathroom was updated. Should be a great review, right? But... Room 501 was a joke. The living area was literally 12x12. There was a long hallway of sorts that led to this little room. These rooms (501, 401, 301, etc) are built against a stairwell so you lose way too much. Screen door and lamp slightly busted, wallpaper loose, no towel or robe hooks in bathroom except for the rack above the toilet. No housekeeping, they just leave a bag of more towels on your doorknob. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small and popped off the corners every time you sat down. How does this happen?? It smelled slightly like B.O. with no ocean breeze relief. Note to travelers: we booked about 2 months in advance. Queen bed ocean front. We got Room 501. The couple next door in Room 502 got their room the same day we checked in, was staying just as many days, and paid ABOUT HALF what we'd paid. AND their room was twice the size and even had a jacuzzi in it. An amazing deal for them but it was a bitter pill to swallow for us when we booked so far in advance. Sooooo it obviously pays to wait and just walk in. Oh, and last quick thing - the neighbors accidentally locked themselves out of their room on their own balcony. Apparently this can happen. We called night manager and it became a huge production of him climbing over the railing using our chairs. This took quite some time but no acknowledgment from front desk for our time lost helping the situation. Final thoughts: decent place but don't pay more than a buck fifty for one of their nicest rooms. Lesson learned.

Stayed In room 503 oceanfront room with in room jacuzzi tub. The hotel is average. No pool and no gym, but knew that going in. The view is amazing from the balcony but the balconies are not private. It is in a very loud section, with the boardwalk directly under the hotel, so when traveling with kids bring a loud white noise machine to drown out loud music at night. Beds aren't overly comfortable and water pressure is a joke. However, for the price, I do think we got a great deal compared to prices of similar hotels. Decent restaurants within walking distance. The biggest shout out I have as far as staying here was the guy who works at the front desk. Not sure if he owns the place or is a manager or what, but his customer service is top notch. He is extremely friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond. My young daughters had bubble machines that needed batteries and we asked him if they happened to have a screwdriver we could borrow. After searching in the back, he went to his car to retrieve one for us and saved us meltdowns from our children! Overall I would recommend this hotel. Can't beat the customer service and the view. The jacuzzi tub was pretty awesome as well.

Room 502 ocean front, could not once enjoy our balcony because of the other 3 rooms that were ocean front carrying on Smoking and drinking. NO private balcony here. We could not even have our screen door open to hear the ocean because of the loudness (other guests) and smoke smell . Highly disappointed. The balcony lights stay on all night so one could not even enjoy a moment in the middle of the night trying to view ocean when other guests were finally not out. This area of boardwalk was too noisy for us being on boards at 1st Street, lesson learned. Bad water temp issues, if you have children be careful they do not get burned until cold water finally comes in. Shower was very narrow and shower curtain would cling to us, a curved shower rod would have made a decent difference. Small thin dingy towels. Area behind bed and around baseboards not clean. Main hotel only offers 6 parking spaces for 30+ rooms. 2nd building offers maybe 10 to 12 spaces for probably another 30+ rooms. Others must park more than a block away and cross 4 lanes of traffic to and from. Staff was very friendly, but not concerned about any issues. We would not stay here again.

I was given this hotel through Hotwire it had the nerve to have a three star rating. When myself and my husband open the door all you smelled was mold; the carpet was old the appliances were old the sofa had tears in it. Even though it’s a ocean front condo our view was one of another building it was the worst experience that I’ve had with Hotwire. I think with this pandemic buyers beware when you stay at a hotel you want something clean and updated to make sure it’s not a Covid hot spot! When you see my other reviews I’m very honest about the cleanliness of the rooms and this was unacceptably dirty not to mention they would not give us a refund and we never stayed in the room, we immediately left and went to another hotel because I refuse to sleep in filth. When you read the negative comments believe them because this is not where you want to lay your head.
