We stay at the Hilton Suites Oceanfront often in the off-season when rates are very reasonable. The rooms are spotless and very large, the furniture is modern and clean, the 2-person jacuzzi bath in all the rooms is romantic and spacious, the king beds are really comfortable, and the sound of the ocean waves is very soothing all night long, even in January, we love it here! This hotel is 100% top notch compared to anywhere we've ever stayed at the beach.
We visit this property every year and have been doing so for over ten years. This is a full scale resort where all rooms are full Ocean Front suites with huge living spaces, full kitchen, and Balcony. The only thing you will hear at night when the door closes is the Ocean. The housekeeping and maintenance staff that is second to none. The food options here are amazing and priced right. This is Hilton Honors property that treats its members right every time. An outdoor pool for the adults with a swim up bar, another for the kids, a hot tub and indoor pool. Every member of the staff is on their game, welcoming and will help in anyway they can. From my favorite Bellhop, Phillip who greets our family every year and we share a laugh just about every day during our stay. You could pay less and stay somewhere else and not get a quarter of what you will receive here in OC MD. But the “real story” is the man that you will find at the Concierge desk. Frank B. is one of kindest gentlemen that you will find here with a rich history that will go far beyond his capabilities to make a local recommendation or restaurant reservation. Take some time getting to know Frank and I promise you will come away with far more than a great vacation, which for us and many happens every time we visit this amazing property.…
Hilton Hotel was a very good stay, accomodations were as expected. The hotel was clean. People were very helpful. We were looking for a Dinner Reservation for Sat 1/14, the helpful concierge 'Uncle Frank' was able to secure a dinner reservation for us when none were available. He's on a first name basis with the area restaurateurs. He made us feel like family. The bartender 'Ashley' was also very helpful, letting us know what was available during the second season. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Staff is friendly, the view was amazing, it had a great location, clean, convenient, love the restaurant/bar especially when lounging by the indoor pool. My daughter loves the arcade! This was our second year coming after Christmas and we’ll be back again.
Loved our 6 night stay at Hilton Ocean city. The room is big with plenty of drawers and big closet. The living room has a nice table and chairs for dining with pots, pans , utensils, toaster, - good to cook my breakfast. Thank you to Rodriquez at the front, we love our room. The hotel has 2 big pools with great view of ocean. This is the reason I chose the Hilton. The location is great just walking distant to Higgin crab house and more restaurants in the area. I had dinner in the hotel once. The crab soup and sandwich were great. There was live music with guitar player. I stayed in the boardwalk area before but I preferred the Hilton location. Love sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean , and reading a book. The sounds of the waves made me feel relaxed. Thank you Ocean City Hilton, we look forward to be back again.…
We went down to OC to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had a one bedroom unit which was magnificent and had a lot of very nice touchs such as a big jacuzzi tub with rain shower and a marvelous balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The food in the restaurant was first rate as well and the service was superb.
I needed a couple of days of quiet by the sea after Christmas and found the Hilton after being disappointed elsewhere. I needed an accessible room with a view and Hilton came through. The woman at the desk advised me to make the reservation online in order to get a lower rate which I did. The restaurant was very nice as was the lounge meeting my needs each night. The decorations were very nice, a bellman helped me with my luggage, check in was flawless and everyone I met was kind and professional. The bathroom was what I needed but the tub was a spa tub with very high sides and I wondered what handicapped person could be able to climb in and out safely. I needed the toilet height and bars. The bed was extra low too for those who have those needs which I do not but overall the room was just fine for my needs. It was clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful and the sun was out in the morning on the balcony.…
Hotel in great place, suite was clean but amenities are older. First night got fun was not working. Had to call several times until they finally sent maintenance to fix it. Woke up in the morning the day after and we had no hot water. This is in December and it was unusually cold that day. My girlfriend and I couldn't get ready as we had plans for our final day of our retreat. Called several times to get some answers and they said they would get back to me which never happened. At the end we were pretty disgusted and left and went home. This is totally unacceptable from a 4/5 star hotel. Management there is mediocre.
Our mother/ adult daughter trip to your hotel was amazing being an off season delight. From the greetings walking in the front door to every day conversations, throughout our travels. The warm cookies were delicious and I just happened to mention to Pat at the front my daughter needed to be gluten free, and what came from under the desk was 2 little bags of yummy gluten free cookies. What service!! Our ocean view room was spacious, clean, amenity filled , I could have moved in. We decided to eat upstairs. A delicious meal, 1/2 price bottle of wine and the most warm and friendly staff. The suggestion to go to Assateque Island was a fun adventure. History of the island is one every visitor should experience. One creative staff idea in off season quiet was a little scavenger adventure for late/early hours. Pat and his fellow staff member shared some of the clue ideas with us. I was a small school administrator in Arizona and I so appreciate seeing creative, fun ideas shared amongst staff. Thank you for allowing me to expound on a perfect 3 day retreat from an old Ocean city summer visitor in my formative years. …
Contactless check in was effortless and auick. Room w/well equipped kitchen was nice. However the real light of the visit was meeting and getting to know the concierge, Uncle Frank. He is both professional and personable. He first inquired the length of our stay and then provided suggestions for activities and necessities. He was very conversational in his interactions with us. We spent a good amount of time chatting and sharing stories with him. A great guy and asset to the hotel.
