This is an older building, but it has been very well maintained. The elevator is a little slower than one might be used to using in some of the newer hotels, but it is very reliable. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Our room was clean and smelled fresh - no Febreeze or other cover-up freshener scents were present....

Well, the location is great. The interior of the room was decent. However, we were in the back corner of hotel. Smelled weird. Our balcony overlooking door to indoor pool which is open 24 hours. People were screaming & carrying on until 230AM & I'm pretty sure the people above us were elephants. Coffee was disgusting. Staff friendly, but even...

Room was clean/comfy, staff was friendly however...... The lobby was dark, in need of repairs and had an odd smell as were the corridors and elevator. Thin wall with loud, rude guests. Not a relaxing place to stay!!

Parking is the pits even if you have handicap tags, parked a block away once. Coffee in room & downstairs is horrible, Sunday they had no creamer. They did come fix the smoke alarm that greeted us in our room on arrival. But they never did anything about the cheerleaders that were running & screaming up & down the halls...

Our room leaked water dripping on my kids heads, screaming at 2am from everywhere, the smell was horrible then our room also smelled like smoke. It's a run down dive of a hotel, unless you are a college kid, don't go here with your family!

The place was nice. Good location. Nice pools, cool playground for kids. Rooms were kind of run down / outdated / furniture is stained. The kitchennete unit was nice. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom. The pullout mattress was so broken, that they recommended sleeping on the floor, but then decided to put a regular mattress on top of the...
