We were lied to about size of our room and the ladies at the front desk when we checked in were absolutely rude. We went into the hotel store and the lady there was rotten we asked a simple question because we were never at the hotel before and she laughed at us like we knew where we were. If people ask questions they obviously don’t know the answer so maybe teach your staff on how to be considerate

We took a night and went 45 mins south. With a recommendations we decided to stay here. Definitely not one we regret. The views were amazing as you can see from the picture and the room was so clean. The only issue we had was it took a while to get hot water to the 15th floor and our sink wouldn’t drain. Definitely going to repeat again! Thank you for helping me clear my mind from work even if just for 1 night.

This place is very clean, very comfortable, staff is friendly and quick to accomodate. Right on the beach and has 2 pools so very kid friendly. Great view from the 15th floor for my family. We had an amazing stay here!! Highly recommend.

Nice place, like that it has laminate flooring instead of carpet, 2 pools, pool bar, nice restaurant, arcade. The only thing is the fitness center, the treadmill room was nice and cool, but where the weight room was, the A/C was turned off and no one came to turn it on after calling g front desk.

This is equivalent to a motel. Other than being beachfront and Lenny’s Bar and Grill, I’ve got nothing good to say. It’s extremely outdated, dirty, does not have enough elevators and charges a $30 resort fee for 2 chairs/1 umbrella but does not have enough to accommodate all guests. Stay anywhere else.

The location is beautiful but our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we had to wait a hour. Nothing was available at the beach w the $30 voucher. Room has loose tile in the bathroom n sand in the shower. The view is a corner of a patio stand only ( shape like a triangle)

There are better places to stay. Only 3 elevators for entire building and one was always broken. Balconies only for one person to stand. No oceanfront rooms all are ocean view. Found sand in sheets and mold in bathroom. Poor housekeeping staff and rooms needs good cleaning. Friendly front desk staff.

Vacationers Beware! We don’t get summer vacations off and this was our first one with 3 kids and a friend. Rates seemed reasonable. Tables and chairs were sticky at outside restaurant. Guinness draft tasted fishy or something? Black Mold in bathroom upon arrival. Front desk was made aware of it and was told someone would come and look at it. Called at 3 and waited in room till 3:30. Went down to the front desk and explained I wasn’t going to sit in the room to wait for someone to show up to look at bathroom. They had no clue what I was talking about. I believe it was shift change for staff. My oldest teenager said they finally showed up and it was for a clogged toilet. Called them back and Jessica was short and rude on phone and hung up and slammed the phone in my ear. Housekeeping finally showed up and cleaned it. The day we left maintenance showed up and said they’d have to bleach the bathroom and we would have to take everything out of the bathroom, not acceptable. one of the elevators was out of service the day we checked out. To add insult to injury it was only $77.00 dollars to stay another night, we paid more than double that for the week.Complete chaos. Kids loved the pool and beach access was great I guess. Never again!…

I am a regular guest for about 10 years or more and this year I was extremely disappointed. You can't just paint the hotel white (and a crappy job at that), say great changes are coming and still charge what you guys charge. 1. The dog park was removed. 2. The elevators suck 3. The hot tub did not work at all 4. Access to part of the decking was closed off for stripping and painting yet in a week no work was done 5. The kiddie park was removed 6. The restaurant was disgusting, why have windows to look at the ocean when you can't see through them 7. Go take a look at the ledge along the restaurant window. I bet my potatoe is still there. 8. 2 eggs over, home fries and toast with bacon cost $18. 9. Pool staff has no problem harassing people at the pool unless they are minorities, then they will stay away and let them do whatever they want. 10. Beach staff ran out of chairs and umbrellas. 11. Towels at the pool...oh what towels...there were none 12. Parking is horrible, especially in the side alley. Make that alley employee parking, so that when the delivery trucks come I don't have to wait 45 minutes to leave. 13. Could not charge to my room. 14. Non cash fees should be illegal 15. The bar, ok usual drinks and prices,but why bring the bands in at 5pm when no one is there and then have nothing going on in the evening, when people come back from dinner and the boardwalk they go down to the beach for a drink and instead of music your staring at the local drunks who hang there, the resort should be gated and access only with a key card. All other years there has been bands and dancing late night. I'll stop with this. I'm sorry but this year I spent a day looking at other hotels, moving forward you guys lost me to the aloft hotel that allows pets.…

We stayed at OCFB for my Mrs’ Birthday and we had a great time. The entire experience was wonderful! Check-in seamless. Room cozy. Hotel grounds well kept. Pools wonderful. Upper and lower deck bars fantastic.
