The lobby, pool, and the rooms look so good! Our room was comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, the beach and putt putt golf. We had to call maintenance for a small issue with the bathroom sink and Chris the chief engineer, was very responsive. He fixed the issue, quickly. Chris was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely come back to Fenwick Inn!

The room was very spacious, clean and the staff were great. The breakfast we had everyday was a great treat compared to other hotels. Always stocked, Maid service right on time with anything you ask for never had to wait. I have a cat 🐈 for a pet, which the hotel was very accommodating because all hotels that I tried to book only said you could only bring dogs, but when I said I have a cat they said sure she could come which was the best for my family. They also have a large heated swimming pool. Hot tub and special splash section for children. The front desk representative by the name of Audrey is very professional , and down to earth personality which means a lot to me. Audrey is such a great asset to the Fenwick inn, I suggest you come and see her on your stay, she really cares about the hotel and each and every guest. I recommend you plan to stay at this hotel.

Its been a long time since we went here, boy has it changed. Restaurant on top is great and the bar is wonderful and views spectacular. Rooms and whole hotel has been renovated highly recommend. Water park in pool area is new and we enjoyed seeing kids play. They allow pets, so bring your dog.

Hotel was nice and the rooms was average. Me and my family had a great time and the bar up on the 8th floor is a great place to unwind for drinks and food also a love band.The only complaint I have was the chlorine in the pool was so strong it was burning my eyes and that's when I was sitting in the chair not even in the water. A couple of guess was complaining about the same thing. Oh and ENA was very helpful at the front desk.

Stayed 5 days in August 2023. Newly renovated ... stayed in Studio Room .... loved the room, pleasant staff, cleaning staff easily available, ID pool heated. Altho breakfast room too small, food very adequate. Great location, short walk to beach (literally across the street & past 3 bldgs) or can take hotel's shuttle available every 1/2-hour 9-6pm. Only wish rooftop restaurant with good view was opened morning and lunch vs at 3pm and was less gourmet/expensive food. Enjoyed my stay and will go again.

One of the worst hotels that I saw, they don’t change the sheets when you check in, only if it is really dirty… so usually the sheets are not changed. Also the “premium view” rooms are the same rooms just higher floor, but the restaurant is above you so you won’t sleep until midnight when they close… Skip this hotel if you can!

My fiancé, dog, and I were scheduled to stay at the Fenwick Inn from 8/15-8/17. We were planning on staying there with family who also booked a room and had an issue. My family arrived at the inn before we did so they confirmed that our room was ready. Upon inquiring with staff, they were notified that although I was permitted to book a pet friendly room through a third party servicer that Fenwick Inn works with (Hotels.com), they did not have a pet friendly room available for us. I then called to speak with staff myself and was connected to whomever was at the front desk on 8/15 around 3pm. She was very rude and stated that there was no pet friendly option available besides a $700 suite. I explained to her that I would not be paying $700 for a suite and she stated that I should call Hotels.com and see if they can help me because she could not help me anymore. I contacted Hotels.com and they reached back out to the inn on my behalf to see if there was any way that they could help me get a refund or a new room that wasn’t $700. The employee that Hotels.com spoke to stated that she didn’t understand why Hotels.com was calling because we had already called and they weren’t going to do anything to help. They then spoke to a Fenwick Inn manager who stated that they would just issue me a partial refund and charged me for 8/15 although I never even stepped foot there. I am so disappointed in the customer service that was provided. It was also appalling for me to hear the condition of the room that my family was given. There was blood, urine, and feces on their bedding. Clearly, the customer service and cleanliness of the inn are not up to par. I rebooked my stay at a different hotel that provided exemplary customer service and was very accommodating and I disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. Because we booked directly with the hotel, we were given a welcome bag and a coupon for a free drink at the very pleasant rooftop bar. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included -- cereal, yogurt, bagels, pancakes and bananas and apples. One wall had a large crack and the wallpaper was peeling. The toilet paper holder dangled from the bathroom wall. The walls and doors were thin enough that you could hear people talking in the halls and walking in the room above. But it quieted down overnight.

I wish I could give this hotel NO STARS!!!!! My family and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and checked into the Fenwick Inn on 8/15/2023. The customer service and housekeeping at Fenwick Inn was terrible. The bedding on both beds and pillows were dirty with hair, food, blood, urine, and fecal stains. We contacted the front desk to have the sheets changed and no one ever came. We contacted Hotels.com to see if we could be refunded the 2 nights' stay. Hotels.com contacted the front desk at Fenwick Inn and were told that the Inn would NOT cancel or give us a refund for the 2 nights. We were so disgusted with the condition of the room that we decided to find a room at another hotel. My husband sent an email to James Hospitality Group (Hotel Management) and they have not responded. Obviously, we will not be booking a stay at the Fenwick Inn again.
