Thank you for the question and I understand the reason for it. We will most likely not be wrapped up with the renovation by then, but we are moving at a fast pace. To date we are eighty five percent finished with the guest rooms and hope to be done with those very soon. We are then working on our public space including all new furniture, art, business center and lobby. We are also starting a complete redo of our catering areas.
