After a late night flight into Boston, we finally arrived to the hotel after 1am. To our surprise, we were not charged parking due to our late arrival and early departure of just before 8am. This was a plus.
However, our room was on the side that faces some sort of factory, which of course ran all night and was extremely loud. This added onto the very limited sleep. I was surprised as a titanium elite Marriott member that we would be placed in such a loud location, especially when we requested a quiet one.
Breakfast was complimentary but very limited. Waffles were offered only on weekends, which made no sense due to the place being packed with visitors. Fruit was old.
I would probably pick another Marriott in the area if we stayed here for a longer time.

Perfect for our overnight airport stay, but well equipped apartment for a longer stay. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a good night's sleep after a day of travel - good blackout curtains and it was very quiet, despite the airport location. The hotel is super convenient for the airport and the shuttle was excellent - we used it to get to the car rental the morning after our flight. Breakfast was self service and offered a decent selection of breakfast items. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I'm SHOCKED at how good this hotel is! We had a stop over in Boston for 1 night so we booked here for a quick and cheap (about $140/night) hotel that offered free airport pick-up/drop off. They picked us up within 20min of calling for a shuttle from the airport. Check in was easy and reserving the next morning shuttle to airport was quick and painless. The basic room is beautiful with a full kitchen! The cherry on top was how FANCY the FREE breakfast is the next morning! Quiche, scones, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, oatmeal with 20+ topping options. I couldn't believe it! I have stayed in many hotels over my years traveling and this is by far the best breakfast I've seen! Overall worth every penny and if we ever have a stop over here again we will be back!

Our stay was very unpleasant and we have stayed at different Marriott hotels worldwide. The toilet in our room was not working properly. We called for maintenance. The person came by without any tools to fix it. The toilet didn't work during our entire stay. Since it was a short stay with young kids, we ended up using the lobby restroom instead of switching rooms. I requested for flat sheets and toiletry through chat, which never came. My husband went down and asked and they said the entire hotel is out of toilet paper. In the middle of the night, the fridge woke the whole family up with a large clicking sound. The next day, I saw the staff's response asking us trying to turn now the temperate. However, we never adjusted the temperate from the start, so not why what was causing it. It was not a relaxing stay at all. It was overall a very stressful stay and couldn't get a good night sleep.

Horrible experience room was dirty the manager on site Kaitlin beyond unprofessional. Sat in her office while her front desk staff was swamped and refused to provide contact information for anyone above her.
To make matters worse the shuttle was expecting extreme delays we were stuck on the shuttle for an hour (which is not the shuttle driver or hotels fault) my son forgot an item on the shuttle. While we were leaving the shuttle left and the front desk staff told me they would ship it not to worry. I called to follow up on our personal item two weeks later I was told I had to fill out a link it was going to cost $70 to ship a 5lb item one state over. I would have waiting for the shuttle to return had I known this. The “manger Kaitlyn” had an attitude and said she didn’t know what to tell me if we wanted our things we would have to pay to ship them or come get them. She proceeded to tell me there was no one else higher than her and to “have the day I deserve” while hanging up on me.

The hotel is under the departure route for Logan airport and it is not adequately soundproofed. Single windows made it extremely easy to hear aircraft. The hotel is also next to a busy bus station and there is traffic all night long, so expect a lot of honking, shouting, and other noise whenever you are trying to sleep. Finally, the fridge in the room is also exceptionally loud. Hence I got almost no sleep, which is more than enough for me to tell everyone not to head here. Esp. when they charge 200-300 dollar a night.
On the room: spacious with excellent bed. Bathroom was also great, as was the presence of a well-equiped kitchen. This is where the hotel earns its second star in my rating.
Cleaning: overall good, but the garbage hadn't been taken out between stays, so the remains of the previous guests' food was still in the garbage can. That's completely unacceptable (especially during Covid, but it would have been unwelcome at any time).
Staff was alright. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent, nice driver. Free coffee in the early morning was also good. Was warned by the front desk that there might be a 30 minute delay on the hotel shuttle at times because there's a bridge that opens between the hotel and the airport. If you take 30 min extra margin you may as well have gone to any hotel in downtown Boston.
Overall one of my worst stays.

My wife and I had an early flight out of Boston and needed a place to stay Monday night. Arriving at Logan Monday evening I called for the hotel shuttle and spoke with a very friendly Monica who said she would send the shuttle over. Within 8 minutes the shuttle arrived with a very friendly welcome from the driver. After a short ride upon checking in we were greeted with a smile and welcome from the registration desk. During the check in process I noticed this was Monica whom I had earlier spoke with. Monica was very informative of the dining info, bar and morning bag offered with breakfast goodies. Once we arrived at our room I was very much pleased with the layout and furnishings. There was a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee pot and dishwashers with an assortment of plates, cups, glasses and eating utensils. The bathroom was well lit with an outstanding shower with its oval sliding glass door. The beds were very comfortable making for a good nights sleep. The morning breakfast bag consisted of a bottle of apple juice, blueberry muffin, egg and sausage sandwich. Our check out experience was very friendly and professional as well. The drive to the airport was with a very courteous driver. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thank you Towne Place for a well kept, clean, efficiently run hotel. But thank you most of all for the hospitality. Every staff member my cousin and I spoke with was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport, airport car rental center and airport subway station was a life saver. The shuttle ran frequently and safely. Every driver knew the best way to get us to our destination which was a big help during the Boston Sumner tunnel closure.

Pros near airport room is nice but poor housekeeping poor breakfast same stuff every day. 2 days is enough we have been here for 6 should have only done 2. Commercial area lots of traffic and noise. Staff is nice they seem to run out of things like teas, bananas something other then bland eggs and sausage.

Family recommended staying here and using the Logan parking option with the shuttle. I wasn't sure at first, but now I won't ever do anything differently! We had an early morning flight and live 45 mins away, so instead of driving from home and paying to park at one of the lots, we ended up only spending an extra $50 to stay here the night before and paying for the park your car for up to 14 days option (we were gone for 12). They have a shuttle that runs continuously through the day and you can schedule your ride for the day of your flight. Upon returning to Logan, you call the front desk from baggage claim and they'll send the shuttle for you. It made the whole Logan experience so much easier!
Selfishly, my only complaint was the lack of tv channels and we couldn't watch the Red Sox playoff game that was happening across town but it still served its purpose!

When I was there in February 2021, the breakfast was a "grab and go" bag. It wasn't that good. I believe it contained a muffin, a box of cereal, and a granola bar. The night before my flight, I stopped by a nearby convivence store and I bought something for breakfast, so I wasn't counting on their breakfast.
There are more places to choose from in the Chelsea area.
