My 7 and 2 year old loved our 3 day stay at the hotel. We went to the waterpark everyday, and always had trouble getting them to leave. The room was very nice and spacious. The check-in was simple and the staff gladly accommodated a late change to our reservation.

Loved this place. The room was clean, the people were very nice and the attached water park was great. This property is located well north of Boston, but provides great access to N.H. and Maine. We will be back...

They were way overbooked with three weddings. Lines to check in with super long. Gave everyone in our party a hard time checking in because we didn't have the credit cards we booked with even though we all had confirmation numbers and emails (we were all dates of the wedding party and the wedding party booked the room. We came to check in and there was a long line, they had 3 weddings, were sold out and only 2 clerks. The clerks had the duel role of unlocking doors for wedding guests and answering phones which made the line longer. The rooms were as expected decent size, clean the curtains actually closed and blocked the sun.

Doubletree is in a very convenient location to all Boston has to offer along wit the Plum Island area. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. The pool indoors has an outdoor s seating area to enjoy. Rooms are basic but were clean we did have to wait while for it to be ready.

Good hotel, good staff...clean, although common areas are a bit dated. I wish they had fridges and microwaves in all the rooms. The executive floors have a nice service...free food, beer and wine, amd a nice breakfast.

The service was awful in the restaurant. The hostess can't seat people correctly and the waitstaff was more concerned on how many more tables they needed than servicing the ones they had. Waited 30 minutes for a cheese omelette

I stayed for three nights July 19-22. The hotel was busy with doors slamming in the hallway all night. The AC unit rumbled in the room which was also annoying. There is no cofee in the lobby or refrigerator in your room. There is a coffee maker in your room but thats about all you get at this place. I... More
