We love Coco Key and the Doubletree is really a lovely hotel! They are worth the money and very kind and family oriented! A definite place to go for family fun! The bar has a great menu in addition to the waiters and bartender there!

It's merely okay. We booked two nights during winter break after skiing fell through, hoping CoCo Key and an adventure at a hotel would make it up to to our three children (11, 9, & 7.) I went in with eyes wide open - knowing that it would be crowded. We checked in at 4:30 on a Wednesday. The lobby...

I had multiple issues during my stay with reservation inaccuracy, housekeeping, restaurant, etc. More concerning than the issues themselves were the fact that I had to request multiple times that they be addressed before they actually were. Each time, I was told they would fix the issue, and they did not. I had to speak to staff 2-4 times for...

We stayed at the Doubletree North Shore for 1 night this weekend with our Daughter, her Husband and 3 grandkids. We had a room on the 7th floor and their room was on the second floor, a quick note about the 2nd floor room is that it was not accessible by elevator. You had to climb 8 or so stairs,...

First I had requested a room on the first floor and close to the pool and water park. Upon check in I was given a room that was on the second floor and furthest from the pool. When I asked the receptionist again for a first floor room she said none available. The second floor was stairs only and I...

A decent place where your kids will have fun, but is way overpriced. I have had better breakfast at Days Inn's free breakfast buffets. $50 for a family of four for a buffet breakfast, even if the food was good? I understand your paying for the convenience of staying at a hotel with an indoor water park, but felt like...

I must rate this stay in the top 3 worst travel experiences of my 42 year business career. The first night I ate at the buffet and was surrounded by screaming children and clueless parents. I was looking forward to a quiet night on the 6th floor (Honors floor) unfortunately people were yelling and running in the halls until late...

Filthy and poorly stocked bathroom marred an otherwise exceptional stay. Nice breakfast buffet but the bacon was tougher than beef jerky. I liked that eggs were cooked to order. Good enough to recommend.
