We came with a group and rented multiple rooms. First, at check in we were "greeted" by a rude front desk attendant. Our rooms and all the linens within smelled moldy, and caused breathing issues for some members of the party with asthma. One bathroom was in disrepair, including a drain which broke in the middle of our stay and...

I am a Cape Cod connoisseur and this place is a real gem! We recently rented two cottages and two rooms for my family and had a spectacular stay. The pools are beautiful, the grounds so pretty with roses and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Nice short walk to the beach. The cottages are spacious, the rooms comfortable...

We spend two night in this hotel in june 2015. The room was old fashioned but very clean. The kids loved the hot swimming pool and the beach was quite close. The place is far from the road and very quiet.

After reading the tripadvisor reviews, I was very nervous about staying here. However, the Colonial Village was much nicer than I expected. We stayed here for four days for a wedding. The beds are comfy and our room was clean. It's a short walk to the beach and the two pools like well-maintained, although we didn't have a chance to...

My husband booked this from another site and didn't check tripadvisor. It took 20 minutes to check in. The room was clean but... there was no hairdryer, clock radio, or tissues. There was one tiny bar of soap and shampoo. The air condition worked when it wanted to, and most windows were painted shut. The ice machine only filled 1/2...

Our family stayed in one of the cottages for a week. The pluses were that the cottage was clean and the location was great. We weren't at the cottage a lot, thank goodness. If we had been, it never would've worked. Here's a list of just some of the things that weren't right: - Internet access didn't reach the cottages...

My husband and I arrived at the Colonial on August 25th until the 31st. It was a great stay. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean, and well kept. New TV's have been added, and our beds were very comfortable. All the staff were very accommodating, and friendly. The grounds are maintained beautifully, and we look forward to...

They were very nice about arranging our rooms so we could be close to our family/friends, However, our room with a kitchenette was quite dated. It had a very small fridge plugged in to an outlet over the kitchen table. It had a toaster but it only toasted one side at a time. There was NO microwave. The ice machine...

Our room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom a tad small but clean, the shower hot, the air conditioner functioned properly, the TV newer &; functional, We would have liked a clock in the room & most importantly the tub had no grab bars at all. We feel this is extremely important & should be addressed at some point.The...

This is the first negative review I have ever written. We had three rooms, one efficiency and two motel rooms. We reserved months in advance so I called several days prior to our scheduled arrival to let them know I would be arriving late. I was informed I cancelled my reservation. I did not! It took two days, but they...
