We have stayed before and the Inn never disappoints. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The inn itself is very quaint and clean. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. It is a great location for quick access to the beaches. Cannot wait to come back.

When was last time you stayed in an Inn that really made you feel like home? We stayed in the Henry Benston suite for three nights at the end of Aug attending a wedding in Eastham. We simply love the location of the inn and the hospitality of the team there. From Megan, the housekeeper, leaving us note on the...

Stayed just two nights. We were in the attic area. Rooms quite small with bathroom down the hall. Room was just ok but no hanging space for clothes. The lounge areas downstairs are spacious. Breakfast buffet is extensive, but all breads and cakes over sweet for our European taste.

Had a lovely overnight stay at the Inn. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Spent a beautiful night at the fire pit - which was quite enjoyable sitting in big Adirondack chairs. Easy access up and down the Cape. Would definitely stay there again.

We were visiting Eastham for Thanksgiving with my son's future in-laws. The B&B was highly recommended and lived up to its reputation. We booked a small room and found ourselves upgraded to the Sunrise Room. Coffee and tea available 24 hours, lovely breakfast, friendly staff. The sunrise room was lovely BUT there are no shades, only curtains on the windows...

Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate all our reviews. I wish you had mentioned something about wanting shades during your stay because every room has roller shades - Sunrise as well. They are behind the sheer curtains and are customarily already pulled 1/4 of the way down - ready for you to pull the rest of the way...

We loved everything about this B&B. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, and cozy. The decoration was charming but not over the top. The breakfast was a pleasing assortment of healthy and not healthy, which we super appreciated. The location also couldn't have been better - we could bike 2 miles or less to either the ocean or the bay. And...

Very pleased with The Inn at the Oaks...wonderful staff and great attention to detail. Although the Inn sits back aways from Route 6, there was still considerable traffic noise during the night. Request a room on the back of the building to perhaps mitigate the traffic noise. Do-it-yourself breakfast offered a good variety of items. Coffee was excellent! Nice outdoor...

Small but comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast although adding hard boiled eggs would have made it perfect. Request 1st floor if you can't do stairs as there are no elevators. The staff was kind and very helpful.

We were greeted by Mark, who gave us a quick tour and told us a fire pit was available along with s'more fixins! We stayed in the carriage house (near the main B&B), which was ok. Water pressure and heat were pretty non-existent, and the window AC unit only did an adequate job. However, we did have a postcard which...

Thank you for your comments - I don't think I saw you when the other ladies check-out, they all seemed to have a great time. Let me address the few issues you had, the major one being the lack of service at 9:30pm. Our office hours are 8am - 8pm and technically it's more like 7am - 9pm. During those...

The Inn at The Oaks is lovely but for me it has two major flaws. The first major flaw is the location, it is located on the main highway that runs through the Cape, and I was aware of that when I booked but I didn't consider that in the USA roads are bigger and busier than in Europe. The...
